    New Rule for Throw Ins next season

    Once a player has total control of the ball in their hands on the side line, they will only have 5 seconds to release the ball.
    Failure to do so and the Ref will give the throw in to the opposition.

    Leeds will get 5 seconds. Other side 15. Dermot will do he counting

    Need to do something about the coaching that goes on during an injury or a so called injury.
