Hi , We had to do these deals, because our losses on the balance sheet .
With the high earners ot contract in the summer, things should be getting better .
8 years of Lai did a lot of damage, I reckon another couple of years to repair the damage .
Patel did good keeping us out a point deduction, he needs to use his skills on finance and not pick the managers, hope he has leant his lessons .
