Moaning Leicester fans with regards their owners

Under there owners they have won the FA cup for the Ist time, won the Premier league and got a new training ground .
Promotions , Cup win and league were got by a bit of bending the financial rules .
The fans like the wolves fans are moaning about their ,both clubs would have gone bump again without Fossun and King Power.
We have had a worse owner in Lai , who didn't put money he took it out .
We had ?30m in the bank when he took over , we was above villa, blues,Forest,Derby, Stoke , Coventry and wolves .
Patel has had to sort the financial mess out . We will have a bit of leeway when we stop up this season, but will take around another 3 years to get back to where we was pre Lai .
If Leicester go down , they will probably go into Admin again and the local business's will get 10p in the pound like the last time .

I don?t get why football clubs are allowed to rack up huge debts if any debt/loan is not secured. Surely if the debt is not secured then the business is trading insolvent? No other business on the high street would be allowed to operate this way.

Surely if the football club racks up huge debts then assets ie the stadium/training ground should be used to secure this debt? So if this was the case and the football club went bust the bank/loan company securing the loan over the stadium should be allowed to bulldoze the stadium and sell off the land for houses. This would seem the logical approach!

It should be written in law that no owner should be allowed to separate the assets ie stadium into a separate company to safeguard in the event that the football club goes bust ie when Derby did! This is fraud or should be!
