    Hull City

Amazing getting to the play offs with a final at Wembley. Just shows what can happen with a great manager and getting the team to play collectively. They only spent 700K too which was a lot less than us.

    Good luck Semi at Wembley!

There's no doubting they've done well to be where they are in the circumstances given the transfer embargo. Goes to show what can be achieved by decent scouting and circumventing the transfer embargo by paying inflated signing on fees and wages. Amazing what can be done with a little imagination. Oh, and the money for extra wages which wouldn't have been available to them were they having to fund transfer fees on top. It really isn't the fairytale that's being portrayed. Albion meanwhile get docked points for funding a charitable foundation during the same season the EFL voted us Community Club of the year. Funny old game.

PS. Despite making it to the playoff final Hull are no great shakes making what could have been for us all the more irritating. Oh well, onto next season in the Championship it is. COYB .

They have done brilliantly Dan. Still not sure that Morrison is the man to do another Coventry or Hull. What?s your view on this? Clearly it?s not just big money for transfers as these two have proved.

I expect Southampton to beat Middlesbrough and go on to win the final, unless of course, they are evicted from the playoffs owing to the spying issue. If ‘Boro win the semi, though, that solves the problem for the EFL but in all fairness, Southampton should be kicked out.
