The motivation of Bruno and Tonali

Our two star players - I?m leaving out Gordon as I think he?s as good as off in the summer - might be looking at the club, at themselves, at their age, at their ability and potential, and then at the season we?ve just had and the many questions about the season to come? and think ?do you know what, I?m off?.

Bruno might be more inclined to stay, however his birth certificate suggests that it might be now or never if he is to make the big move. Tonali can stay for another year or so but will not want to get ?stuck? if we as a club don?t seem to progress. Looking at it from a cynical perspective, maybe the club can?t offer now what it could a few years ago in terms of potential domestic and european success? We might appear a bit ?worn out? after this season.

What d?ya think, will they still be here after the summer window shuts?

    I'm confident Bruno will be.

I honestly think he's in love with club and area to be honest. Maybe it's wine talking but I can honestly see him seeing his career out here. Family is such a big thing for him and his family is worshiped here.

Tonali. . . I could see him going. Him and Gordon fund a ****ing massive rebuilt quite frankly. But I'm very 50/50 on that, I don't think Eddie wants to lose both Gordon and Tonali.

I've also heard from someone who usually has pretty good club info that Tonali feels he has a massive debt to club and Eddie for the way we stuck with him. His agent less so, but he is feels a huge responsibilty to both.

I think they'll both be here next season.

But we can't have another one like this one otherwise I think they'd both be off.

    And I wouldn't blame them.
