    Maja and Grant

If a person was successful with a new job being offered the company normally would allow 48 hours or so to make a decision.

So I hope Grant and Maja have been given no more than a week to make a decision which is a simple yes or no. They are probably getting their agents to tout around for better offers elsewhere such is the greed,

I think many of our supporters would not give a complete s hit whether they stay or move on. A decision though needs to be made sooner rather than later for replacement.

Both are injury prone and for me Grant for 15 million has been an awful investment and he has no end product. Maja knows where the net is but very very injury prone.

Personally I would not care if they both left!

I think the fact they are considering their options indicates the reduction in wages being offered.

It is possibly their last decent contract so it’s obviously an important decision for them and their families. I wouldnt take it personally that they are considering their options.

Grant was never worth 15m, but it also isnt his fault we paid that much for him. Both are squad players at no cost to the club; I can see why they have been offered new deals. They are both at a decent age and on their day, good championship level players.

Whatever money we have, which I doubt is a lot, we dont want spread out over several players

I hope you?re right Matt about the reduction in wages but probably not that. It?s most likely a 1 year extension and perhaps they are looking for a longer contract elsewhere.
