    Another VAR Shocker

Can?t believe the ref has checked the monitor after VAR reviewed the Man Utd second goal and allowed it.

    It was clearly hand ball!

These pathetic VAR decisions are now an embarrassment!

Brave decision by the ref to overrule ! I?d rather that scenario with the ref having the final say having reviewed the TV evidence. VAR would be better if it merely provided the ref with their views as a help?if requested by the ref.

Agreed, but I just think there are more decisions made wrong by having VAR, which we have seen highlighted of late.

It is a game played by humans with human error. Let humans referee it with error at times if need be.

Get rid of VAR and bring the game back to the people who attend the games.

I don't think VAR is the issue so much as how it's used. It's supposed to be for clear and obvious mistakes. If it takes more than say for example thirty seconds to come to a decision it isn't remotely clear and obvious so go with the ref's initial decision if it takes longer than that. Also get to grips with the laws themselves which are becoming increasingly convoluted. Clear directives meet clear and obvious and evrything becomes clearer.

Glad to say that overall I am glad that the Championship will not have VAR next season. Obviously, there will be the odd occasion when we wished we had but we have managed to do without it for a hundred plus years so I do not see a real problem.

    Unbelievable and news breaking

The PGMO has admitted Manchester United's second goal against Nottingham Forest should not have been given.

Referee Michael Salisbury decided to overrule VAR, having been sent to the pitch-side monitor after the ball struck Bryan Mbeumo's arm in the build-up to Matheus Cunha's strike, which put United ahead in their 3-2 win on Sunday.

PGMO chief refereeing officer Howard Webb spoke to Forest and Man Utd on Monday to acknowledge the misjudgement.
