    I am not certain but I think the difference equates to about 2 million quid for NOT finishing last. Every little helps.

    I think you're about right with that, bollox to pride, just pocket the extra 2 million.

    I think we will see out the season with a win. Burnley 3 Wolves 1.

    Some Burnley supporters are saying the result is insignificant, but there is some hard cash at stake for the club that finishes 19th, and ?2m extra “prize” money, which is not to be sniffed at for two of the three teams going back into the Championship.

    Burnley and Wolves have both suffered dreadful seasons and for me It feels like a draw would be a fair result. I would hate the Clarets to finish bottom of the pile, so I’m going for 1-1.

    I'm in agreement with your score as well mon ami, I still remember a 1-1 at Deepdale sometime back in the 70s.
