Nice one Lloyd. Cheers for posting the link. Good to know there's some form of communications between the club and support base. What I want to know is what's this 'game model' we're going to be recruiting towards. As in style of play and player target profile.
Oh and by the way, as an afterthought the new third kit which hasn't even been released yet already sounds pretty disgusting. I suspect welding goggles may come in handy. Ketts will undoubtedly have an extreme meltdown at whatever it is regardless. Just in case 😃 😀 😄 .
In fairness I generally speed read through large chunks of text so although it seemed fairly straightforward at first glance I may genuinely have missed some of the confusing parts. My dyslexia does have it's upsides 😃 .
What I do find confusing when going through records of meetings is remembering and following who is who based on the initials of their names. That and not enough paragraphs to break up the blocks of text.
Little profile pictures would be better for me but then I am probably in a minority of one in thinking everything should be for my benefit. A silly habit which I have been struggling to overcome since the age of about three. I will endeavour to keep trying though 😀 😄 😁 .
Perhaps I was being a little too harsh but when I read statements like the following I reckon there could be easier ways of explaining
MM reiterated full backing for James Morrison as Head Coach and confirmed that any future appointments would follow a structured, multi‑layered process aligned to the game model.
The club is investing in enhanced fan insight to strengthen commercial pitches and identify new revenue opportunities.
Each stage of the supporter journey — pre‑arrival information, stadium entry, concourse operations, fan‑zone activity, in‑bowl experience and post‑match exit — is now being mapped to identify friction and opportunities for improvement.
The ‘supporter journey’ for me would be vastly improved by the club arranging for a chauffeur driven limo (with well stocked bar) to pick me up from home and take me to whichever stand I have a ticket for, pausing, of course for a curry at the NST. Plus, of course, the return journey in similar style. Not too much to ask for, I wouldn’t have thought for an elderly gentleman like myself, having been a long standing supporter of some repute!
Oh, and I would also add that I have no problem with pink football kits, as long as they are on the girls.
