I only knew her through Twitter and the picture of her with the placard calling Trump a c*nt.

She wasn't wrong on that score.

I remember some of the abuse she got on Twitter from the Yaxley-Lennon brigade when she announced she had cancer.

I came to her rescue once on Twitter when Douglas Lumsden MSP was having a pop at her during a piley on.

I asked him directly if he would like me to share some things he shared thoughts on at work a few years previously, before he was an MSP, but was an Aberdeen councillor. It would have been been corroborated too.

He went strangely quiet after that. Rancid pr1ck that he is.

      RIP quine

Directed Sinatra At The Sands In 1966 when he was 33! That included arranging the set, and conducting the Count Basie Orchestra, for fùck’s sake. 😳

Quite correctly credited from the stage by The Hoboken Canary himself.

In endless life. In endless art.

            • The sheer breadth of who Quincy Jones worked with is staggering.

Most people have probably never heard of him, but guaranteed they will all know the artists he worked with.

              RIP

                • Ex Labour Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott away at 86.

Got a hard time mainly because of his working class background, but I didn't mind him.

                  RIP

Deserved a medal for lamping that **** that thought it clever to crack an egg on somebody doing his job during the 2001 election campaign.

I look forward to Neil Gray employing the 1980s ASC as his minders in 2026.

Could you imagine the fake outrage if a politician did that now.

                      Starmer would have a meltdown.

Came across as a proper gent. A right decent fella. Sad he’s away afore his wife.

Did somebody not do it the other week?

RIP JP. A sometimes figure of fun at the time but you’d be a bloody colossus amongst today’s namby pambys.

                        • Sorry, anyone that worked in that Blair administration was a Class A tadger, Prescott included. That said, i wish Gordon brown had shown the same zeal as Prescott did with the general public & gave Gillian Duffy a few cracks to the jaw. The UK would be a better place

Depends if he would have sold off the other 50% of the gold reserve of the UK.

Always seemed like a decent bloke. Like Ray Reardon, his personality was a million miles away from the type of snooker they played.
