The folk that run our club are miles behind. They seem to think having a flat bit of grass to train on will take us to the next level. I totally disagree as you need the right coach who has a style of play that warrants having nice flush training facilities. The way we currently play football we would be just as well training up the Ochil hills (near me) as we don’t play the game properly.Originally posted by Pacman1903 View PostI read the live text thing from the opening ceremonyon the daily record website. Its f@cking vomit incuding
We also don’t have the mindset as a club to be successful....no one wants real success, they only talk about competing with other clubs.

Nearer to home they should be doing fitness training on the beach and broadhill. Modern players really are pampered pooves. It's little wonder they're soft as **** out on the pitch.Originally posted by RED_JOHN View PostThe folk that run our club are miles behind. Players are only soft as sh!t out on a pitch when they don’t believe they will win. When the manager has the wrong mindset then the players feed off that and don’t produce a performing and competing capability that is required at the top level.Originally posted by Devanha Red View PostNearer to home they should be doing fitness training on the beach and broadhill. I believe that is why the likes of Shinnie, Hayes, Rooney etc left the club....they could see we were not serious enough so chased a bit cash instead of staying to win nothing.

Nah, don't think there's a single player at the club that would fancy a Lord Byron square go.Originally posted by RED_JOHN View PostPlayers are only soft as sh!t out on a pitch when they don’t believe they will win. That being said I take your point that a 'surrender monkey' attitude does filter down from the generals. No doubt about that.

When you have a chairman who fights the corner of a club our fans generally despise and you have a manager who sets up not to compete then the players are f’ucked. The club under Milne and McInnes don’t have the correct attitude and strength of mind to succeed. The players feed off that and perform below standards which we have seen for a while now.Originally posted by Devanha Red View Post

We need a better attitude and stronger leadership before we can improve otherwise we are just going through the motions.

Sadly the days of McInnes even being linked to these type of clubs has gone.Originally posted by Devanha Red View PostI'm hearing the Stoke City suits joined in a chorus of "Nathan Jones you've been here too long" this morning. Sacked.
McInnes would be well suited to the Victoria Ground.
His ship has sailed.
In fact his ship has sunk.
Don’t worry thought Derek, the Masonic neep has got you a job for life.

I heard Milne on the radio earlier going on about some fans wanting rid of McInnes.Originally posted by RedStarTorphins View PostI heard it.

Basically he was saying they don’t know what they are talking about in his usual round about way.

I would argue that the fans know more about their stuff than he does about being a good chairman.Originally posted by rico94 View PostI heard Milne on the radio earlier going on about some fans wanting rid of McInnes.
