Indeed, it is now bordering on farcical.

The reason Morelos does not face any sanctions is because apparently Beaton saw all 3 “offences”

The Lino saw Morelos boot Scott, brings it to the refs attention.....straight red......however on appeal this was rescinded.

Being quite familiar with refs and with that discipline......aye decent discipline......well, “mostly”......I spoke to a ref about the Scotty/Morelos incident......that week as part of their training the refs were shown the incident on film(amateur/junior refs) and it was pointed out that Scotty had barged Morelos twice in the lead up.........FFS.......happens every game and the reason the card was rescinded was due to provocation.......and it should only be a yellow.......you could not make it up!!......move on a few weeks and Scotty gets cited and subsequently banned after Celtic......the ref seen that though!!!

It is now ridiculous and is not exactly fair on the supporters/players.

It was never a red card, not even a yellow.
Scott clearly won the ball, well ahead of Eduoard clashing with him.

If anything, it should have been a foul to Aberdeen as the Celtic player got nothing of the ball.

        • The decision regarding Morelos comes as no surprise, what it does do is to confirm what we all know; the people running our game are corrupt.

              36 year old, hardly played.
Hope he’s past it or struggles and is a waste of money for them.

He'll be better for them than sinclair was/is for the other ones.

You just know that they will wrangle a way to get rid of Morellos for decent money as well.

If he does sign that will be another £20,000 a week or so into the bottomless pit of money they are spending

Its apparently a loan deal with options to recall in the summer and next winter.
I think SevCo do want to sell Morelos, they're already hawking him about.

Selling Morelos will be the only way to keep the lights on unless the owners pump more money in as they will have very little new money coming in for the next six months given no European football and very little walk up sales given number of season tickets

reported he is on 85k a week at Bournemouth......quite an outlay for the financially prudent Huns

He does score a few goals but there was also periods he wasn't hitting any. Obvious temperament issues so is always going to pick up reds plus a few rumours he likes the powder.

They'll still get over the odds for the c*nt. They just always manage sh*te like that for some reason.

He will score goals in Scotland. Good signing for them unfortunatley

Not so sure about that, he will score a few but he is 36, not played a conpetetive 90 mins in about a year, will get scythed down by the St J’s, Motherwells of the league and with past hamstring injuries won’t play on Livi, Killie or Hamiltons pitch. A few clubs will have an eye on how Mckenna competes against him at the start of Feb i would imagine if Mckenna is still here
