I'm sure there was a rule years ago entitling away fans to 5% or 10% of capacity.Originally posted by InversneckieDob View PostHow much do we give the horrible stink pellets?
2000 or summat is it?
I wish every team would cut their's to 800, but they/we hinna got the stones.
So we could have got more seats at Ibrox if we wanted it. However, for safety issues they couldn't give us a bit of a section - we'd have to have taken the whole stand, and AFC would need to pay for any unsold tickets.
In hindsight it was one of those rules designed to sound fair, but in practice benefited the cheeks only. I'm guessing it no longer exists, or celtic would have enforced it.

Yep it would appear that Stevie G's war chest is full of coppers !Originally posted by Stupie82 View PostSky Sports saying Skrtel deal off because “the club can not afford it” .. shock horror

They are relying on their season ticket sales to fund the transfers again . Hence the reason they have increased the allocation. They would appear to have next to feck all income apart from that.

I think that’s for the Scottish Cup but may be wrong.Originally posted by kb_don View PostI'm sure there was a rule years ago entitling away fans to 5% or 10% of capacity.

The hun are fairly going on the offensive.
Makes our chairman's rimming of them all the more galling. It's not just on the pitch we should be taking the game to them Stewartie min.

Sounds like King's getting his retaliation in first - now when the SFA are forced to investigate something, he can claim it's a vendetta against him.Originally posted by krakowdon View PostThe hun are fairly going on the offensive.

It makes me wonder if something will be coming up soon? Will the takeover finally enforce sanctions?

So he has business links with Celtic connections, would be pretty hard to find business associates that haven't got a link to some sort of club no matter how big or small they are.
I had a Catholic, Celtic supporting mate who had a decent sized decorating business in Belfast, now on certain jobs he tendered for he knew before he submitted his prices that it would be a Protestant company who would get the contract even though they were more expensive than him.
Sook it up Mr King, just like the rest of us have over the years.
Your a cheat whether you don't like to admit it or not.
The SFA should drag you over the coals and investigate every nook and cranny of your association with Scottish football.

So while the media in the UK are having a pokey bum w@nk over Gerrard, a new potential manager with a bigger name is potentially coming to Scotland and it flies under the radar without much of a word on it. Former Real player Guti is interested in taking the reigns at St Mirren... a former Real player who has only won 5 La Liga's, 4 Copa's, 3 Champions Leagues and 1 super cup.... but lets not let that get in the way of the mighty Gerard trying to stick it to Celtic

To be fair, there’s as much chance as me managing St Mirren as there is Guti .Originally posted by Stupie82 View PostSo while the media in the UK are having a pokey bum w@nk over Gerrard, a new potential manager with a bigger name is potentially coming to Scotland and it flies under the radar without much of a word on it. That's one of those typical stories that always come out. Like Kluivert applying for the ICT job or Hugo Sanchez applying for the Alloa job.Originally posted by Stupie82 View PostSo while the media in the UK are having a pokey bum w@nk over Gerrard, a new potential manager with a bigger name is potentially coming to Scotland and it flies under the radar without much of a word on it.
