Women's football has come on leaps and bounds in the last few decades but unfortunately it's not enough for some folk to just let it be what it is on its own merits. If the BBC website is anything to go by, the BBC is infested with yawnsome, bourgeois, privately educated feminist types who think that the only reason men's sports are more popular than women's sports is "patriarchy" or some other such facile guff.

So could Scott Booth potentially be our next manager when DM finally goes.Originally posted by rico94 View PostDid notice that Scott Booth was the co commentator.
Let's face it Booth could be the obvious choice as he has already got a decent amount of experience working with a load of fannies.

I hate being assailed from all sides by kiltie patriots pishing their pants, or allowing the stream to run down their legs as they are tough fearless warriors for whom pants are an English aberration and a sign of latent gender-bending (you're wearing a skirt, for ****'s sake), just because there are people representing "Scotland".
It's like when everyone seems to become an expert on curling and there are demands to do one's patriotic duty and back "ourbrave lassies" even the one that looks like Colin Hendry; or swimming, where someone goes for a dook with a saltire sewn on to their dookers and there are calls to watch and support someone flailing aboot in 660,253.09 gallons* of chlorinated water in which they've all probably had a sly pish.
I'm not a fan, in case you wondered.
* I checked that

That sums up my feelings on it. People from both sides need to let it be what it is. It's like the English sneering at the standard in our game.Originally posted by ragnarok View PostWomen's football has come on leaps and bounds in the last few decades but unfortunately it's not enough for some folk to just let it be what it is on its own merits. I don't support the Scottish national fitba team and never have
I love seeing Andy Murray getting knocked oot of Wimbledon
Colin Montgomerie is a bellend
Katherine Grainger can sink for all I care
Scotland rugby fans are some of the most moronic drunken ****s ive ever came across so the team can piss off
Rowdy Roddy Piper wasnae even Scottish
Coulthard crashing was always a laugh
I also enjoyed seeing the tears when the womens curling team got sent packing in the olympics
Im also sure Leslie Balfour-Melville was a walloper too
Over patriotism bugs me.

Curling is a nice pastime, well, I’ve always enjoyed it with the customary dram every 2nd end.Originally posted by 57vintage View PostI hate being assailed from all sides by kiltie patriots pishing their pants, or allowing the stream to run down their legs as they are tough fearless warriors for whom pants are an English aberration and a sign of latent gender-bending (you're wearing a skirt, for ****'s sake), just because there are people representing "Scotland".

Swimming, well not my cup of tea, whether any of the competitors have a pish I could not comment.
Golf, well, that is a sport I can relate to and we have produced some excellent players of note, much like football.

Not at all. As a good European and internationalist, I naturally sought the litreage, but my source provided it in gallons, which was a surprise.Originally posted by donsdaft View PostYou underestimate vintage.
He's looked it up but the answer was in litres, so he's converted it to gallons.
I have not taken account volume increase through added participant pish, but assume that there would be a very close correlation with the reduction in volume due to absorption via the dookers, especially in the strengthened dooker gussets of quine swimmers reluctant to risk the sipin-weet camel toe-fanny show beloved of perverted cameramen.
"Volume
Olympic-size swimming pool are approximately 50 m or 164 feet in length, 25 m or 82 feet in width, and 2 m or 6 feet in depth. These measurements create a surface area of 13,454.72 square feet and a volume of 88,263 cubic feet. The pool has 660,253.09 gallons of water, which equals about 5,511,556 lbs."

Any good pant pisher will tell you that their super duper incontinence pants would soak up the pish, avoiding any leakage into the pool.Originally posted by afc1903mad View PostNah, the correct answer was in gallons.

The 0.9 was probably slavers from the almost empty happy clappy ferry.

Christ Pac that post is just crazy. There is a big difference in not actively supporting Scottish teams and sports people and your position which would appear to be actually wanting to see them lose.I
I tried to watch the wifies fitba . Gave up it wisna for me .personally I thought the standard compared to men's football was pitiful. But as has already been said it's not comparing like for Iike.
If other people want to watch it it's up to them.

I however have never supported Scotland in fitba, Monty is a bellend and I have had the misfortune of being surrounded by Scotland rugby fans on numerous occasions who were all drunken knobs
Tennis is full of drugs so dinna watch I
Never watched rowing in my puff
Stopped watching F1 after Senna died so missed Coulthard
Curling, no thanks (did Stevie May actually pump Eve Muirhead?)
Over patriotism or bandwagon jumping. Whatever you want to call it. I don't get it
