I never usually watch the guff football but decided to watch the Crystal Palace v Man City game tonight.

Crystal Palace were doing a Jim Goodwin tactic against Celtic in December in having 10 men behind the ball at home which inevitably lead to a 0-1 defeat like ourselves.

The more alarming thing about the whole situation was the commentator said that was the 3rd game in a row that Crystal Palace failed to make a single shot on target.

I know the guff football is crazy in regards to money spent but I think the guy who was at Celtic Odsonne Édouard cost them £16 million and he can’t get in the team.

If you are spending money like that on a striker you shouldn’t be going 3 games without a shot on target.

The even worse aspect in the EPL, is teams putting EPL survival ahead of winning a cup. Even teams who appear to be doing well league wise, seem to disregard the cups.
