Nah I've still got a few years yet until I'm a pensioner. Mind you I still reckon I could see us comfortably into fourth as caretaker manager for the rest of the season!!

          • Speaking about ex-dons can't help but notice that weasel faced Scotty "always injured" Wright does not get many minutes or bench seats for the unwashed lately, is that because he is injured yet again or is it because the new huns gaffer has quickly figured oot that the boy is indeed sh1te.

I've searched high and low, tore place apart, looked everywhere.

                • Might be tin hat time for me with this one.
But anyway congratulations to Bruce Anderson for being named SPFL player of the month for February, It's a shame that never really got a fair crack of the whip at the dons, decent player and decent lad, well done Bruce.

He wasn’t used properly under McInnes and done the right thing moving from us when he realised Glass was obviously going to try and being in a host of new players. The lad has done well at Livingston. At least they believed in him.

                    • Bruce always looked to me like the type of striker that would thrive playing off a target man.
Since this concept, in the days of "The high press", "The low block" and "Breaking the lines", is viewed a bit like the Betamax video, it was always difficult to see him progressing.
But fair play to the lad, he's doing well at Ferranti, even if Harry Grout does seem to utilise him sparingly on occasion.

                          • Saw Derek McInnes come out of the Lido chipper in Helensburgh with a couple of suppers on Thursday. If I hadn't been driving the other road then I would have checked if the other een was for India. I hope it wisnt a haggis supper as you are better going to Pepe's fryer in Alexandria for a haggis puddin
