Doesn't surprise me, he's been trying to accommodate Morris as he clearly believes we need width. Something the fans have been pointing out all season and yet all we've done is sign central defenders and central midfielders in abundance.

    • Well, that's him signed subject to international clearance. Last played for Canada in November according to Google. Hope he does the business, played for the manager at two clubs previously and if it turns out to make a difference, then it's probably only down to Warnock he's signed.

      • 62 caps for Canada. Got to be an upgrade on Morris. FFS even i'd be an upgrade on that imposter.

I'd like to think it is an upgrade, but so many players come here and see their careers nosedive.
I'm holding off on expectations. Even though being better than Morris is such a low bar to set.

As long as he gets his international clearance, then yes.

              • Welcome aboard, Junior.
Get some crosses in for Miovski and Duk.

                  Pedant alert:

Not sure how easy he will be to read but with any luck he'll be eligible to play tomorrow.

No thinking required. One has played and scored in the Premier League as well as played at a World Cup, the other is just simply not a footballer.

Even taking age in to consideration, it's undoubtedly an upgrade.

                    • The only potential downside is that he's left sided I think? So more Johnny's side than Morris's. Other than that, looks like a no brainer.

                      • Ignore that - watching his highlights reel he's clearly right footed

Wikipedia has him as a left winger, though me might be able to play both sides. I wouldn't be surprised to see him AND Morris in the side. Clearly Robson and Warnock see something in Shayden, though we won't be seeing him as a wing back again in a hurry!

                          • A right footed left winger is as handy as a left handed happy new year handshake ...

                            • I see we have recalled Blair MacKenzie from his loan at Elgin.

Is this to support the first team, given how shyte we are at the back.

That’s why every cross yesterday, after he came on, was an inswinger - saves him having to beat his man for pace and hit the byline. He did quite well though, but we appeared to have run out of puff at around that time after we looked as if we’d blow them way in the third quarter of the game! Hibs, by then, had clearly settled for 2-2 and wasted time at every opportunity.
