Not a shot on target. You can accept getting beat by teams are better than you if you can see effort, application and some tactical nous but I see none of that.Cardy should have been gone last October - he doesn?t even know his best starting eleven in February.Clueless.
I wonder what the broken record of excuses will be."Young team? ,"some are experiencing this for the first time? etc, etc.We were never at the races from the first minute and Sunderland showed everything that we are lacking.Good luck to them as they have a good manager and a great team spirit.
We are going down with a whimper. The Hungarian pundits said the dross Cardy puts out would not be good enough for the Championship never mind the PL and sadly its true.
If BT thinks we will get a return of 80-100m from the fire sale of these duds this summer and that afterwards we wil be promotion material from the Championship with Cardy at the helm then he needs his head testing.
I don?t believe it?s the players CIB I?ve said for weeks it?s a rudderless ship and I hate to point the finger all the time but I keep reading people?s posts all over it?s not Parker?s fault - sorry but it is his fault he cannot set a team up correctly - has consistently not played better players for 50% of the season - substitutes our better players and PERSISTS with going backwards all the time - we have players who won?t tackle and won?t compete physically - won?t head it and have no belief whatsoever

All of that comes from the manager - now two things a foot here none of the team are fit to play competent or the man at the top is inept and right now they want rid of him

People moan about Florentino and Hannibal but my god yesterday as I watched Florentino covered 3 times the ground some others did - he tackled basically he gave a **** where all around him others didn?t , Hannibal can?t get a game in this regime and he?s everything we lack

I watched Walker and he in fairness looks forward ( tries to ) but has finally had to succumb to the dross of crab football because we don?t break the lines we don?t try to stretch teams or shoot even - we are happy to go sideways and backwards under a manager who says that?s ok,

There are some deluded people if they think what?s served up to us isn?t Parker?s fault , he?s created a disease and it?s spreading - negative negative negative

It?s alright though we?ll try and get back to this league next year - I won?t be watching if he?s in charge that?s for definite

I posted on here a week or two back about the Barnsley winger and was told he?s a fly by night and may not make the step up
      - you could have swapped him for anyone of 6 forward thinking players ( so called ) and he?d have offered more than alm of them combined.

While we?re on it and these gets my goat - stop kicking high balls to a 5ft nothing Edwards - over to you Parker for that explanation

        Disgraceful, inept and clueless performance.

Parker is worse than the bunch of losers he parades on the pitch, he should have been shown the door last November when the writing was on the wall.

I am not going to single out any 1 player, but I honestly can't think of one positive thing to say about any of them after that pfhucking absymil, inept performance

Last night was a totally pathetic display.
Our defence had no idea how to defend.
          Our Mid-field was totally absent.
Our attack can not take any credit.
Our Manager has proved yet again, he is not up to managing in the EPL.
Our coaching team, if they actually exist, are stealing a wage.
Finally our chairman is like the captain of the Titanic stood on the bridge watching his ship (Team) go down.

Glad I haven't got one of those fire sticks like you then I don't have to watch every game.

I have sky but we are rarely on thank god, and you know why after watching that garbage

Whilst I agree with 99% of whar you say, army, I disagree about Walker. He is captain and should be leading by example. On at least two occasions he received the ball with no Sunderland player in sight. He could have driven forward to create an attack but chose to play the ball backwards.

On one occasion with a free kick in a good position and everyone forward waiting for the ball to come in, he played it short and square. Needless to say, that produced the square root of FA.

I am not saying it is all down to one player but being captain is more than wearing an armband and pointing to past glories.

Sounds like we have all had enough of Parker - time to go I think. Interestingly, the Espanyol fans now want Pace hung, drawn and quartered too#

Tbf Swiss it was just an observation that even he is towing the line that Parker leads - in walkers defence he does look forward but the backs of peoples heads is what he sees , my other thing is he?s the one who has to get us out of trouble if defensively we get caught out - he plays Walker as overlapping wing back but gives him no cover if he does go

I?ve played in teams where when you look up there?s no offer and it?s frustrating because the only way is sideways or back

We can debate and argue all day about who is or isn?t doing their job , for me I think that it jsut needs someone in charge who works out a formation that suits us - the players and build from that ?- now I?m not saying that wed turn it around and suddenly become world beaters.

But think if we get a stronger starting 11 and an identity by that I mean a way of playing that fits the players we?d be a better side.

As we are at the moment from my position anyway

Defence is constantly under threat as midfield drops deeper - Florentino runs and runs trying to close down a thankless task on his own ( headless chicken some would say ) two men?s job I say.
Lesley drops deeper because he doesn?t want to compete in the middle a bit lazy ( Parker allows that )
Walker as you say doesn?t venture forward enough for my reasons stated above there is no cover

Esteve needs an old head at his side he?s struggling being constantly under the cosh - but that because we afford teams centrally so much time and space to pass into runners who?ve left our midfield - all teams know how to go in behind our defence we offer that very little so no problems for defences of other teams we play ( all our football is in front of them ).

Our wide men are weak and don?t tackle or head or compete in most instances and look to me posting what they?re meant to be doing so now we have front men with nos service - wide men with no idea what to do offensively or defensively we drop 30 yards and give good players / opposition time to pick a pass and make runs at our back line constantly.

And people tell me it?s not Parker?s fault! it is his fault he can?t see what?s happening with who he picks and they don?t deliver his ideas ( light bulb moment - it doesn?t work stop trying to do that and find a different way ).

It?s his best job ever - every week he must think the phones will ring and the board will-ask to see him it never rings and as I?ve debated with BT many times

The definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing over and over and over again.

Parker was at it again, blaming HIS players post-match. No wonder they won't play for him.

I agree with those who say we can't blame the players. They must be dying of frustration trying to make a system which has obviously
failed, work. And sadly WP will not be the answer.
We have a set piece coach! Hard to believe.

Parker is constantly dressing it up ( whilst I appreciate he has to ) we didn?t muster a shot in anger at there goal - that is not conducive with good football alm my reasons above for our failures sadly and there are more than that ( I wish I did nt amylase it tbh when I go and watch ) but I can?t help myself and it?s just absolutely dreadful ( I?ve been a few games when Dyche was in charge where we didn?t register a shot but we didn?t get embarrassed many times ) and to be fair to Dyche he had no money for players.

I watch at home only now as my dads too old to travel away games really but I?d have e mailed the club and asked for my money back yesterday if I?d paid to watch that.

We are in so much trouble and no
One seems to care in the club it?s sad times.

Yes the owners don't seem to care.

I doubt that there is another club in the history of the Premier league that hasn't sacked their manager during the kind of disastrous run we are currently experiencing

Whilst the buck stops at Parker’s desk, how many of the squad are actually PL quality? Not many I suggest. Would a new manager be able to make them into PL quality? It is probably too late anyway. We are relegated.

In that scenario, is it worth shelling out millions to Parker and his entourage to get rid of them?
