    • "Hitler, like Trump, was legitimately and democratically elected. Immediately on coming to power in 1933, he began issuing executive decrees and sidelining the parliamentary Reichstag. One of his first orders was the pardon and release of hundreds of his followers who had been jailed for violent attacks on left-wing supporters, for arson, and even for murder.

In late 1932, nine Nazi brownshirts murdered a German Communist Party member by kicking him to death in his own house in front of his family. Six were convicted, of whom five were sentenced to death. After the trial, Hitler sent them a telegram declaring his “boundless loyalty” to those thugs. After becoming Chancellor, he pardoned all of them.

Throughout the 1930s, many other Nazis convicted for murder and serious assaults by the few courts still willing to adhere to the law were pardoned, but by 1939 such brave judges and prosecutors had been purged, and the justice system became a wholly compliant tool of the regime.

Until a few days ago, neo-fascist Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys, was serving a 22-year jail term for organising the January 6 violent insurrection, and Oath Keeper founder Stewart Rhodes was serving 18 years. Both were released by Trump. Their first utterances on walking free were to swear to vengeance on those in the judicial system who put them behind bars."

      Sound familiar mon ami?

Not a cat in Hell's chance sinkov...

BREAKING: Jack Smith brilliantly calls Donald Trump's bluff and urges Congress and the Justice Department to let him testify publicly "in open hearings" to set the record straight.
This is the last thing that MAGA wants the former special counsel to do...
In a new letter sent to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, Smith asked for the public hearings so that he can dispel the "many mischaracterizations" that are now swirling around his investigations into Trump's mishandling of classified records and efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Those investigations led to criminal charges but were ultimately dismissed by a Trump-appointed judge.
Smith's attorneys told the Republican committee leaders that he will need DOJ assurances that he "will not be punished" for testifying since some of the details of his investigations are technically still sealed or protected under grand jury secrecy rules.
Donald Trump and his Republican cronies have relentlessly smeared Jack Smith, but he has steadfastly defended his investigations.
“The idea that politics would play a role in big cases like this, it’s absolutely ludicrous and it’s totally contrary to my experience as a prosecutor,” Smith said previously.
"I think it's important that he's speaking up in a way to kind of demystify what has been grossly misrepresented to the American people by the senators," former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said on CNN.
These hearings would give Smith a public forum to destroy Trump's lies about him while simultaneously walking the American people through the details of Trump's crimes. It would be a PR disaster for a White House that is already drowning scandals. We have a right to know the full story!
          Don't we just.

Racism Increasing Against Nurses in UK
According to reports, at the heart of the RCN's findings lies a disturbing truth: the very people who ensure public health are being met with prejudice. The analysis shows that the number of reports has climbed by 55 per cent over three years. Reports include scenarios where a nurse on annual leave was told by her manager she should not have come to the UK, and another who was told by a colleague: 'I want to remind you that you're not one of us.' Such remarks send a chilling message that some staff are not truly seen as part of their workplace community. Another nurse was subjected to abuse from a patient and their family, who refused treatment because they said they did not want 'people like her' attending them and referred to her as a 'slave'. These incidents highlight how racism is infiltrating environments that should ideally be safe and inclusive.

              • I'm not wasting my time sinkov, just illustrating what a racist endeavour we now live in.

One of your tribe Sarah Pochin, the MP for Runcorn and Helsby, said on Saturday: “It drives me mad when I see adverts full of black people, full of Asian people”, during an appearance on TalkTV as she responded to a viewer who complained about the demographics of advertising. She said the viewer was “absolutely right” and added: “It doesn’t reflect our society” and “your average white person, average white family is … not represented any more”.

Sarah is the obvious candidate to deserve my new weekly "Racist of the Week" award.

Sadly, I would have won it hands down myself last year according to GMP.

Pochin is right, and it's being noticed by many people, hence why the caller brought it up. It's simply a fact of life in this country, maybe others, I don't know, that adverts are awash with BAME people, the vast majority of people in this country are still white, you'd never think so from watching adverts though, and that's all she's stating, the bleedin obvious.

If you've never noticed this mon ami, then all I can suggest is you take that paper bag off your head next time you're sat on your settee with the telly on.

                    • "PEAK TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME........OVER A FREE BALLROOM !!"

I did not have on my bingo card that the next great Trump Scandal That Wasn?t would be his outrageous decision to gift a ballroom to the nation. But here we are. This is the level of programmed automatic lunacy we are dealing with, a Presidential project whose only really distinguishing and unusual feature is that it?s not costing the taxpayer a dime. All of which seems an apt background to just how fruitloop (standardised respectable fruitloopery, too) the western world has become.

In a sane and rational cosmos, trillions of dollars of stolen public funds directed to client groups, foreign causes, pure corruption, and Trans Opera in Patagonia (or wherever it was) would be the scandal. The obvious, glaring, gigantic scandal. Whereas raising 250 million dollars from private donors and your own pocket to add a graceful extension to the White House would be cheered as a massive public saving and an act of benevolent, patriotic charity. But when Democrat madness has been inflated to the cosmic proportions of Lovecreftian horror, that?s not the tune we hear, and certainly not the one played by mainstream media.

You can?t deal with this now except by mockery and firmly removing these fecking retards from any position of authority. Water cannons might help, too, but you aren?t going to talk these fecking wackos down. Clown brains, all the way down. Nearly a decade of this Clown Brain Sh1t now and it hasn?t slowed, stopped or paused. There?s people picking up a fat salary still for ?Trump?s shoes-how wearing shoes became a Far Right white supremacist dog whistle? and look at their stuff and nine years ago they were writing ?Trump?s teeth-ground breaking dental study links certain tooth types to Nazism?. Which is bad enough, that these feckers get paid, but it?s a hell of a lot more worrying that there are people who have believed every word of it from Day One.

A goddamn free ballroom. Can you believe it??

                      • I watched the ICE goons "perform" in Chicago over the weekend. Trump can shove his "free ballroom" up his arse.

In Trump's world nothing comes free.

Next time the Falklands/Malvinas crisis comes to a head he will not be supporting the British Crown that is for sure.

I've been watching the pantomime on a nightly basis all summer, mostly in Portland. The tolerance of ICE agents to the Antifa scum is incredible. Quite honestly I don't know how they do it, or why, the French CRS would have a field day cracking heads but the ICE agents handle them with kid gloves. In a long summer of being verbally and physically abused I haven't seen ICE crack a single head yet, quite remarkable.

                              • "Biden’s autopen signatures were illegitimate, Congressional committee finds. Democrats exploited tool to enact policies without former president’s knowledge, report says."

Findings of the congressional report into the former president’s use of the device, which is used to replicate an individual’s signature, were released on Tuesday. The report claims Mr Biden’s inner circle orchestrated a “cover-up of the president’s cognitive decline” and exploited the tool to enact policies without his knowledge. It says Mr Biden’s use of the autopen should be considered invalid until documented proof is provided of the former president personally approving the decisions.

“Barring evidence of executive actions taken during the Biden presidency showing that president Biden indeed took a particular executive action, the committee deems those actions taken through use of the autopen as void,” the report reads. “The cost of the scheme to hide the fallout of president Biden’s diminished physical and mental acuity was great but will likely never be fully calculated.”

Mr Biden denies aides conducted presidential duties in his name, calling such claims “ridiculous and false.” Mike Johnson, the House speaker, said the findings could have “major implications” for the legality of Mr Biden’s actions as president. “The president was checked out of his job for quite some time, and everybody knows it,” Mr Johnson said. As one of his last acts before leaving office, Mr Biden granted his son, Hunter, a presidential pardon. The 55-year-old was due to be sentenced on firearms charges in December 2025.

Well, well, correct me if I'm right. So, as I keep asking, just who was running the USA, it certainly wasn't Sleepy Joe. And of course I can find no mention of this report on either the BBC or Grauniad websites. Lefties burying the bad news again.
