Well, Marcus Edwards was playing in Portugal and he is only 5ft 6ins.

Interestingly though sub he can’t get on the pitch here for us yet really - I know me and a few questioned if he’d be strong enough I think his loss of possession against Lazio which cost us the game didn’t help his cause.

For me Edwards is another Benson. I'm not sure the rigours of the EPL will suit his style.

Tchaouna looks like he won't take any $hit.

The squad is certainly changing to include bigger players and that was certainly needed. We are gradually moving out some of the Kaiser’s buys who simply aren’t good enough.

One of the questions for me is Tr?sor. When you watch his performances, there is some talent there. His pass for Sonne’s goal was great.

In the meantime, I think Cullen is a different class now. His goal against Sunderland, his range of passing - with big lads in front of him, he is a good player.

Hannibal I love simply because he gives everything, every time. I don’t think he can be faulted for that and, like Barnsy, can be a bit of a wind up merchant. No bad thing with the wimps and prima donnas in the PL.

In the meantime, what has happened to Breyer? Injured again?

Word on Beyer is not good. There are rumours circulating that he may be finished. Fingers crossed for the lad because he is one heck of a footballer.

Trouble is mate, the club have been saying the same thing for almost two years.

The proof of the pudding as you say BT is when it is actually on the table and not when rumours from the kitchen are that the chef has got all the ingredients ready.

Does the signing of Florentino mean we have finally replaced John Deary?

                      No, John Deary is irreplaceable.
