If you are calling on me to act as a Judge in a court of law (behave) then you both need to realise that as I set the laws on here, I judge them as they stand, and without appeal. If you are both calling on me to be the final arbiter in a dispute between you then that is a civil matter, an altogether different thing with a lower standard of proof. In law that standard is beyond reasonable doubt. In a civil matter it is the balance of probabilities. Is it more likely than one of you is correct and the other wrong?

I find that there are inconsistencies in the evidence given by both of you. When it comes to credibility I find that neither of you pass a standard that would be considered acceptable. Using Regina v the Wednesbury Corporation and asking would a reasonable man find either argument reasonable, the answer is a resounding no. I am therefore forced to conclude that I find in favour of neither of you. You will each pay court costs, suspended for 6 months if you stop shouting at me. As an additional penalty, neither of you are picking any fixtures. Understand?

I accept your judgement griff as I know that you are fair and honest judge, the fact that bdb couldn’t even be bothered reading your verdict even though it took a mere 30 seconds to do so speaks volumes with the type of person that I have to deal with on a daily basis
He’s put in a complaint that’s factually incorrect and can’t even get the accused name correct then dictates when when he will read the findings,he comes over as a Mancunian Donald Trump and don’t be fooled by his claims of having Rochdale in his blood as I’ve got it on good authority that he was previously a Manchester Utd glory hunter,I’m not going to take this any further as I don’t want to incure any court costs but I would check his predictions very carefully if I was you as he’s not as honest as me when it comes to competitions

        Thank you your honour

            Right...

Firstly - I work for a living and do not live the life of luxury watching boats go past on a mirky river.
Secondly - I make no apology for getting your user name wrong as my auto correct cannot keep up with you..

Yes, I was brought up a Man Utd fan by my grandad, that is no secret but converted loyalty to Dale when I moved up here many years ago.

Back on the topic, whilst I have no idea why the quoted case law relating to a cinema opening on a Sunday is truly relevant unless it is related to someone having a tenuous link to no Children Allowed on a Sunday?

If I am a Manc Donald Trump, then you are the Notts Joe Biden, a senile old man who muddles everything up... It is not my fault you quote unfounded gibberish then call for me to be banned when I correct you... On the subject of Campaign Trials, I also donate more to the party than you do as well

How can you cast aspersions I am not honest?... Name one example you slanderous old git...

This is turning from a civil dispute to a criminal one

Firstly the river Trent is not murky,it’s a beautifully clear river that has lots of wildlife in it,only yesterday I saw Buzzards, egret’s,cormorants,a kingfisher, terns and a river rat (they are all gods creatures) from my Dale chair,I’ve seen the river Roch and the most interesting thing that I saw there was a shopping trolly from Fine Fare

Do you often mistake Joe Biden with Albert Steptoe as that’s who you often refer to me being most like?

Now get back to the work that your company is paying you for and not looking on football forums

                            This is what it said..

When it comes to Nottinghamshire, we're severely lacking in a number of departments.
From ugly views, no historical importance, terrible places to eat and drink and nothing fun to do, Nottingham really does suffer.
We're definitely not home to one of the country's biggest companies.
And we've never had Royal visits or huge success from our sporting teams.
We've also never been visited by a world-famous artist or played host to a world-famous fair each year.
Disclaimer - We are of course saying this with tongue firmly in cheek and we know we are (without doubt) the best place in the country and we're proud of that - as these pictures show.
So here, we've put together 30 reasons as to why Nottinghamshire is, without doubt, the worst place in England and why you DEFINITELY should not come...

Actually your right… Fake News.. Notts Forest have won the European Cup😎
