I have been factual and the prosecution as my fine feathered friend will try anything to get out of his obligation despite numerous mitigation and tactics seen here today again with referring to offers for me to back out of the “bet” as recorded when indeed that did not work, now resorting to underhand tactics to prevent me from posting scores weekly on the Predictocomp…

I rest my case for the defence in this unfounded allegation and formally request slanderous damages be paid to myself & restitution of a 2 week penalty of no points allowed at the start of the new comp as a fine & a warning to ChaunceyNCFC..

I remembered the “dreamt” fact from a program on tv that I saw years ago and that question was given to them to solve which they did,if you need to prosecute anyone it should be the tv company and not an innocent viewer

Also if you are going to throw your weight around in the small claims court then at least get the persons name right thst you want to prosecute,the claim will be thrown out by griff as it’s not me on court order

As a good Christian I thought thst it was best to reveal that I have a system that I’ve been perfecting over the past six weeks or so to give you ample time to pull out of the bet and save yourself some money,the fact that you’ve asked griff to deduct me points before the first week has even kicked off shows that you are now panicking and using underhand tactics to gain advantage,I’m very disappointed in you blackdogblue,it should be a nice clean honest battle and not trying to cheat your way to a win
