Well lets establish a fact that there is no such thing under international law as an "illegal immigrant", then lets refer to the House of Commons Library that states that in 2023 11% of all immigrants were Asylum seekers. The others came by authorised routes.
The causes of crime are many and affect anybody irrespective of ethnicity, poverty, mental health, etc. There are cultural issues, but to pin say a devaluation of women on Muslims for example, overlooks the not insignificant number of white people who have committed crimes whether as so called incels, jealous husbands, partners ex's etc.
Given that 78 asylum seekers died attempting to cross the channel in 2024, I'm not entirely sure that your warm and humane suggestion of putting half a dozen boats to the bottom of the channel would resolve the issue. I mean these people have in the main already survived harsh regimes or war zones and a perilous journey to get to the channel in the first place. But I presume that your casual suggestion of murder indicates that you think their less human than others?
I might suggest that a better option would be to process their claims on the other side of the channel as was suggested during Brexit negotiations, but hey I guess a common sense and fair and humane approach isn't nearly as much fun is it?
