I'm actually with TTR to an extent on Starmer. He voiced his feelings over certain things and that saw some people getting lengthy sentences for posts on Facebook, one of which was 3 years. Way OTT and was, IMO, that long down to Starmer's "interference".

Compare that to the MP who was sent down for 10 weeks for physically assaulting a constituent on the street in the early hours... he gets to keep his job, he is being paid, it seems, while serving his sentence and will return to the House once released. If it had been you or I knocking seven bells out of someone, most, if not all, of us would have been sacked. Unfair. The bloke should go.

I think a few things are being exaggerated, not least by the likes of GBNews and various other aspects of what is essentially a right wing press, however I 100% agree that Amesbury should be sacked and a by-election called. Fairly certain that if I’d behaved in the same way I’d have lost my job.

Played both but only RU from 16 onwards. Facilities were better. Wouldn’t have bothered if I’d been a forward, except perhaps on those bitterly cold days when they kept the ball and were steaming while the backs suffered from exposure.

Anyone watched the Ch4 series ‘Go back to where you come from’ ? Four hour long episodes. Informative, interesting (and utterly depressing) perspective on illegal immigration. Worth a watch imo.

So, the latest tirade from Fartface is that the the Trade deal the US has jointly with Canada and Mexico is bad for the USA and CanMex have been taking advantage of the USA. He says he can't imagine why any US President would sign such a bad deal.

The current deal was signed in 2018 and amended in 2019. The US signatory to the deal and the amendments? Donald J Feckin Trump, that's who.
