It looks like Forest might get their Europa spot after all as Palace thrown out due to multi club ownership rules.

We know marinakis relinquished control, in name only though of course, but they did what was necessary and Palace didn't, so Palace have only got themselves to blame.

Surely the answer is just ban owners owning, or having any share of more than one club under the same body. If you own a European club and want another go buy one in the states or something.
