There's apparently been a cyber attack on the Footy Mad website, badly communicated (what a surprised) but reported today as back to normal which I disagree with, I've been locked out as a normal user and am only posting now with mod privileges. Any issues any of you may have (and for that matter childish non-jokes) please detail them here rather than spam other threads and I'll try to alert admin, although as you know that's not worked well in the past

I'm having as many issues with this site as I am having a sensible debate with AF! Though to be fair, the site doesn't try to be clever (and fail miserably) with narky comments, but it does tend to log off after posting, which is mighty similar to AF after I've shot down one of his preposterous claims!

Still one has to laugh doesn't one?

Yesterday on 3 separate occasions, after hitting "reply with quote", I got the dreaded "spinning wheel of buffering" which simply kept on spinning. Went back a couple of pages and, at the 3rd time of asking, got to post a reply.

At one point I did a speed check during a spinning wheel episode and the download speed was 598Mbps. The cause of the buffering wasn't at my end.

Rather than simply bitch or trying to score "points", it might be more adult to explain exactly what the issue is that you are experiencing. This thread was opened to allow AF to collect info and share it with those in a position to, maybe, rectify the issue. Scoring cheap, "amusing" points isn't the purpose of this thread.

had the same problem MA - tried to 2reply to thread" and reply with quote and the spiining wheel essentially told me to **** off, it wasnt interested. So I did!!

I’ll wait til mid evening today and attempt to contact Gary in admin with our collective woes. Admin recently offered a second email address to send issues to, but I’ve written a number of times off a number of my emails and got no reply!

Maybe have a word with the mod then, because all his posts in response to mine have been trying to score cheap points and failing miserably. If he wants to be a **** I'm happy to respond in kind. Not my fault if he can't handle being an utter **** and has to resort to sniping all the time.

Fair enough, though I would refer you to his original post where he does just that!

But in the spirit of being the "bigger" man and with a potentially exciting and promising season ahead I hereby extend an olive branch and will refrain from making sarky or insulting comments to any poster.

Still having issues getting on, getting logged out when posting, very frustrating, though it seems AF is doing what he can. I suspect that there is little investment in this site and it is doomed to whither on the vine.
