Child maintenance is deducted from certain benefits at the rate of ?7 a week but not from PIP or whatever it's called nowadays. If mental hospitals were reopened throughout the U.K. you can be sure that the vast majority of people in the U.K. currently suffering from Fibro, ADHD or Autism would be magically cured.
