  • Time's up for Pressley

He has to go but unfortunately the problem will remain in the shape of the absolute clown that appointed hm

The most depressing manager since McIntyre.
It will be no doubt prolonged until relegated but nelms and Strachan need to leave also.

If I thought there was a chance he'd get the push then I'd be marginally less depressed but he won't be gone and neither will Nelms. Predictable that we'd be in this position after such an idiotic managerial appointment and even more predictable that we'd get humped today and to such an extent that it's laughable.

          Laughable is exactly right.

With the clueless halfwit we have at the top the entire club is a laughing stock and has been for some time

I'm not saying these results should be ignored but if it's proper change.....it's nelms.

How that comes about is probably through new stadium finally getting a no but then that raises even more problems.

Between an immoveable rock and a hard place.

Changing manager and allowing nelms and Strachan to choose achieves not very much imo.

Bowyer and Docherty went ( and prob knew they were going although reasonably successful) because they wouldn't cow tow to nelms and possibly son.

It's a situation that's been in the making for at least 5 or 6 years unfortunately.

The answer is NELMS must go but that's probably not a solution.

Strange how Motherwell and St Mirren do far better than us.
              Even tho both fan owned

Very good base ie no real stadium issues to worry about......compare that to us.

Motherwell in particular seem to have good people behind them and engage with their supporters.....fan base looks very stable numbers wise.....st m possibly growing despite being on the doorstep of old firm.

I don't think we have a base to be fan owned from.

From day 1......keep the tip that is Dens open and have a competitive team......almost an impossible situation if nelms 3/4 million on Dens maintenance is to be believed.

Be actually interesting to find out how much Motherwell and st m spend on their respective grounds.

I'm sure Motherwell spent a lot of cash on their playing surface recently.
Both clubs are no bigger than Dundee yet seem to be going the right way.
No reason we can't follow what they are doing, stadium an issue but it could be Nelms exaggerating the upkeep each season.

Almost impossible with our ground issues.

I don't see us at Dens in 5 years.

Fan owned if new stadium is EVER built is probably the least worst outcome at the moment but last time their was more in fighting, dark acts and people who were actually working against what was best for the club in their own self interests.

But it's all fairly wishful thinking as yanks will do whatever they want and whatever is in their interests.

                    ****e state of affairs

We all know NELMS is the problem, under his tenure the club has not moved forward.
No pressure or demonstrations have been aimed at NELMS from the supporters.
I tried through D4LIFE to organise a match day protest against NELMS, but was shot down.
what about TIM KEYS, ?, cant believe that no statements are forth coming when there is a crisis at Dens,
Thats the problem, there is no one to reel NELMS in,
!Dundee fans need to raise their voices NOW !

Mwell spent 1.2 million on new hybrid surface and drainage over 2 seasons.

I might suggest that not Everybody knows Nelms is the most significant problem.

Both main supporters groups seem to doff the cap and there's still a significant majority of "they pay the bills" brigade.

No point raising voices - he's a deaf and blind owl who will hear nothing but sycophancy from those he's surrounded himself with.

Awful, awful man who is killing Dundee FC from the inside
