Were you at that one Deecom?

The passion, heart and fight were in the body of the Kirk that day......the leaders nodded then took a completely different direction.
I was at that meeting, many members were opting for action against NELMS.
I volunteered to hand out flyers in the DERRY before the game and show a banner from the Derry right across from where NELMS sits.
The chair declined taking any matchday action, and opted for dialogue, and thats never happened.

Decision on stadium might be the watershed. No planning, then perhaps this might be a blessing in disguise. There is no plan B, and I understand that is a reasonable position to adopt while the plans are in discussion.
If the stadium is not approved then Plan B might be to take a leaf out of Aberdeen's recent idea to get the Aberdeen Council to lead on a development at their 'Beach 'Pittodrie stadium. Sell the Camperdown site for some development that the Council wants, and go back to the Caird Park or some other development that delivers on DCC objectives.
Plan C take a bit by bit approach to fixing Dens and the current team problems.
Plan D find another buyer for the club.

Take it your still a member Deecom.

Why do you think they took a completely different direction and why do you think that decision hasn't been reversed?

I thought that day they might start building a wee bit of a movement.....but alas they just reversed.

I didn't think that meeting was pitchforks just folk speaking honestly ......mibbe around a dozen voices......t very few dissenting voices.

Scott Glenday " if we don't make a stand now we will still be discussing this in 5 years "

Nelms does not pay the bills it is his boss Keyes who lends money to the club every yearto ensure that they remain in credit with their bank.
Dundee Football Club Limited does not have overdraft facilities with their bankers as they have no assets.

I was also at that meeting.
Unfortunately the Open Letter Group held a majority on the Dee4life board of directors and they were frightened to do anything which might upset Nelms.
Some of them had never been a Dee4life member and they did not have a clue about the previous history of Dee4life.

Plan B can only happen if the Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited (DBPHL) directors repay their loan from Soho Green taken out on 24th November 2022 with the new stadium development site at the former NCR Camperdown playing fields put up as security for their loan.
According to the basic DBPHL accounts they appear to have borrowed One million and fifty thousand pounds at interest rates of between 9% and 24% per annum.
Assuming they are being charged an interest rate of 20% per annum as first time borrowers DBPHL will be paying just over two hundred thousand pounds per annum in addition to their loan of One million and fifty thousand pounds which is over One million, six hundred thousand pounds to repay their loan in full on 22nd November 2025.
The Soho Green website states that their loans are normally between one and three years in length.

You keep bringing this loan up, have you ever heard or know of any payments they?ve failed to pay, they clear our debts every season so deserve a bit credit for that, I?ve know time for Nelms but to think we could have had someone like you sitting on the board doesn?t bear thinking about

At least get your facts right.
It is Tim Keyes who hands over substantial funds in the form of loans while Nelms falls out with all and sundry in the Dundee Football Club costing Keyes a fortune in pay offs.
There is no sign in the Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited annual accounts about them paying off this loan.
Quite frankly I could not careless whether the loan secured over the 29.7 acres site in the former NCR Camperdown playing fields is repaid in full or not.
If not then it would stop all this debate about a new Football stadium development as Soho Green would repossess the site and sell it to the highest bidder.
The same thing with the Dens Park Stadium will happen if Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited do not repay their loan from Soho Green in full and on time.

Where did I say anyone else was paying Dundees debt, you are the type of person we don?t need around Dens Park, you clearly want Dundee FC to fail as well as the Yanks all because someone didn?t invite you in for a cup of tea, you are a very sad man who really needs to give it up, you bore the pants of everyone that comes into contact with you

On the contrary Nelms stated a pack of lies about a visit my wife and I made to the Dundee Football Club offices in Gardyne which I will never forgive or forget until the day I die.
If you keep posting duff information about me I will go for the jugular and email Nelms’s letter containing the lies about our directly to Tim Keyes for his immediate attention and action.
If Tim Keyes does nothing I will send the Dundee Football Club Limited auditors report which was published on the Dundee Football Club website on 8th April 2024 for their financial year ending 31st May May 2023 which proves that Nelms is hopeless as Managing Director of Dundee Football Club Limited to the national newspapers.
All because you will not accept what I post is the truth.

You do not seem to realise that if the loan obtained by Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited with the Dens Park Stadium put up as security for their loan is not repaid on time and in full including interest due Soho Green will repossess the Dens Park Stadium.
Soho Green will likely sell the Dens Park Stadium at a public auction to recoup their losses with Dundee Football Club homeless unless Dundee Football Club can do a deal with the new owners to lease the ground being responsible for all repairs and improvements.

This isn't the first time you've made this type of nonsensical threat is it? Threats are pointless unless turned into actions. If you feel the evidence you have is so damning that it will turn Tim Keyes completely against John Nelms, and if you think Tim Keyes will give one second of thought towards it, then send the emails.

Have a think for one second - do you honestly believe Tim Keyes hasn't seen the auditor's report? And do you honestly think Tim Keyes will give a monkey's about an email from a known agitant about an incident that may or may not have happened? If so, You're even more delusional than anyone ever thought.
