It really is time for you to either put up or **** off with your threats to expose John Nelms. I think most of us on this forum have had just about all we can stomach from you. The club's a total shambles and life as a Dundee fan is hard enough without your constant bitterness being thrown about on this forum and on the Friends Of Dundee FC FaceBook page. How fkn ironic is it that you're even regisered on that FaceBook page when you blatantly hate the club so much?
The pay of the highest director was listed in the Dundee Football Club Limited annual accounts up to about 2017 when they charged to Filleted Annual Accounts which did not state the pay of the highest paid director.
It was mentioned in the auditors report that John Nelms did not receive his monthly salary one month but it was later confirmed in the auditors report that John Nelms had received his monthly salary and it was a clerical error on the payroll for that month.

And from that you've deduced that John Nelms is paid a salary of 170,000 GBP PA?

You're either genuinely a genius or just a trouble maker. I don't think you're very clever at all, can't be as bitter as you are and clever with it, so the genius option is out.

Last week I heard that John Nelms being paid a rumoured annual salary of ?170,000.
As a former Dundee Football Club Limited Director you should know what John Nelms annual salary was during the period 4th March 2016 until 1st April 2017. According to the Companies House website you resigned as a director of Dundee Football Club Limited on 1st April 2017.

What kind of moron are you? Why would I have known John Nelms' salary in that period? What responsibilities and access do you believe a non executive director actually has?

Where did you hear the 170,000 GBP rumour?

Non-executive director (NED) responsibilities include providing independent oversight and strategic guidance, constructively challenging the executive team, monitoring company performance against goals, and ensuring robust risk management systems are in place. They contribute to key decisions such as director appointments and remuneration, act in the best interests of the company and its stakeholders, and use their expertise to foster external relationships. NEDs are not involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, focusing instead on strategic, governance, and stakeholder-focused functions.

Thought I might give an answer to your question about the responsibilities and access to information for non exec directors.
It was never going to happen, so I am trying to help you and I accept that our Dee4life nominated Board director was never going to have any influence nor insight.

Wonder what would happen to the perception of Dee4life if they campaigned to have their Board nomination rights removed from the Articles of Association?
It would remove the worry that blazers were still around.
