I didnt think it was Strain who was getting a hard time, but Esselink should never wear Tangerine ever again! Gave Maeida the freedom of Tannadice in the first half and rightly hooked!

What a difference in the second half though, but should have been pushing them up the park more.

Nah. Strain can play as a fullback in a 4 with limited quality but he can't play as a wing back in a 343.

Apparently we are now top of the league in winning from losing positions. Great to get the win and shown what we can do but we have to sort out these sluggish starts it is happening too often.

I am just hoping that we have given our players a wee bit of confidence and maybe our manager as well! A lovely wee win for the fans...but we need to build on it. A few wins would make a helluva difference and this win changes the papers narrative a bit, as we lose our " no wins in 11" title.

Good post. There was one duel around 57 minutes in front of the JK. It looked like Sibbald had lost out but he got up v 2 of their guys and won a corner from a difficult position.
Thought he a Luca were on a hiding to nothing tonight, hung out to dry in a two but despite being hammered in that first half they stuck to the task really well.
