We have all see it when players just aren?t the right fit for a team. He seems to have done well at shamrock. Here?s hoping. On saying that we need JG to okay to his strengths and none of this moving him here there and everywhere because he classed as a versatile player.

As for watters. I think he can do a job for us but he is a player that I think is being played out of position at the moment. IMO he is a box player. That?s were we got the best out of him at the start of the season. He doesn?t hang about and tries to get a shot off at the first opportunity. Now I feel we are looking to him to play deeper and sometimes looks like a number 10.

I?m sure some Wrexham fans panned Dalby when he came to us too. So you never know.

A few Barnsley fans said- Get used to him being on the treatment table more than the pitch. And guess what? Yep, injured and out more than fit.

Camara? Great player but now we’re seeing why he was at smaller clubs—injury prone.

Something stinks with our injury situations and has done for a long long time. It’s well past just bad luck.

Connor Bradley out for a while makes it a worry I guess, but hopefully just a shyte rumour. I guess it depends on whether it's in the agreement or not

I've seen fans on forums say it's best left back they seem all season when he first signed, wasn't Barnsley fans right enough

I think it's very negative though to disregard 4 successful years at Shamrock where he was rated highly in favour if not working out at Barnsley if all places

Some of our best signings weren't fancied before they came (hunty etc) and some of the ones we got excited for were duds, lee miller etc etc

That's me off on holiday for a couple of weeks so will not able to reply mate.I read an interview by Ferrugia the other day and he admitted himself that he never made the grade with Barnsley or words to that effect. He blamed some of that on injuries he picked up on arrival.

This suggests to me that Jim leaned heavily on his medical staff researching this signing,if you dinna laugh you would greet.

Andy Robertson to Spurs for 3mil plus add ons......do we still have a 20% sell on or does Noel Hunt have to be sold to Spurs too?. 600k would come in handy

Have we just not agreed to sign a goalie from Charlton? Ashley Maynard~Brewer?

I think any more movement will depend entirely on if Ferry moves. All in all...a pretty depressing window! I think we are showing a real lack of ambition this season. Still another few days left to pull a rabbit out the hat but I won't be holding my breath. A solid number 1 and a striker would have been my bear minimum...but we look like we might actually be worse off if we allow Ferry to move. We seem to just be going through the motions these days! Keeping my fingers crossed that I am just being pessimistic and we are actually going to announce something exciting.....even if its just rain covers for that shambles of a pitch!

First I'm hearing of it, but would be positive news if it's right.

United are tightening their belts. After Asghar and Bond got into that wrangle after that grant fiasco being looked at by HMRC about time we looked seriously at balancing the books. Keep hearing about that guy that is the wealthiest in Scotland might be looking at United or another person along the same lines of Bloom but at Brentford is it? United need to live within their means.

Remember the first January window under Ogren we splashed out loads and never got promoted. Throwing money at football clubs rarely works. Just look along at Dundee, The Rangers, Hearts and Motherwell. All of these teams have been in administration or are replacing a club that was liquidated. I'd rather not go down that route. When Ogren took over he said he wanted to turn a profit. All United fans said you've been sold a lie and bought it. Now we are a number of years down the line, the fans knew fine what reality would bring.
