why not wait until we see how Scotland perform at the finals? Have they already forgot how bad we were 2 years ago and in some of the qualifiers. Imagine the negativity if we absolute flatline again and he's has 4 years to go.

It's a very good thing either way imo
I shake my head at the ott criticism he gets and those that want Clarke out, he'll be looked back on as a great in the long run
Been brilliant overall, ok some friendlies mostly don't go well but they rarely have for Scotland, that's why I like the nations league, we have come a very long way in the last 7 years all down to SC
I agree with his choices on the striker front overall, don't like mcburnie, he should not have made public a private conversation, he took Stewart who deserved it as did Shankland, Hirst is meh
Dykes and Adams have earned it over the years for the tireless work they put in

Whilst he's acheived results there's no doubt about that, I sincerely hope he sends us out to try to win games this time because our performance at the Euros was a disgrace and an insult to the supporters. Chances are we'll lose to Brazil and Morocco but ffs get into the c*nts though. I'd rather see Scotland go down swinging than limp out like a wet fart.Originally posted by shedka View PostIt's a very good thing either way imo

I'd never even heard of this Fletcher guy until yesterday, what a load of shyte! 17 minutes hes played this season but it was for Manchester United so he'll do for Stevie boy. What this says to lads who are knocking their pan in to get into the squad is beyond me.Originally posted by JamesMcClean View PostGilmour out. Fletcher in.
No Lennon Miller. Has he gone in to Stevie’s black book beside McBurnie?

He has been selected because he looked the part v the 10 men of Curacao, that's shook up the Brazilians and Morocco.Originally posted by Arabdownsouth View PostI'd never even heard of this Fletcher guy until yesterday, what a load of shyte! 17 minutes hes played this season but it was for Manchester United so he'll do for Stevie boy. Its also not surprising the BBC are all of a sudden spunking themselves over Shankland now he plays for the huns. Curtis too, I'd be amazed if they even noticed him had he been on Killies books permanently.Last edited by Arabdownsouth; 31-05-2026, 06:42 PM.

Always been the way extra ?cap points? gained when associated with any of the OF. Shankland has always been good enough; the Fletcher guy, yep know who his dad is, but this sends a msg to current U21 squad and more established players that they aren?t good enough! I would have thought had Gauld not been injured he would?ve been in with a shout! But some of the Motherwell and even Falkirk boys must be wondering what they have to do!Originally posted by Arabdownsouth View PostIts also not surprising the BBC are all of a sudden spunking themselves over Shankland now he plays for the huns. No disrespect to Curtis but is playing in a struggling Killie side and he walks straight in? I hope they do well though

The reason you haven't seen their route to the final yet is because its a tad harder than the route that Gareth and the boys usually got.It probably will not work out this way but here goes.........Originally posted by JamesMcClean View PostJust over a week to go and I haven?t yet seen the exact route that England will take to win the WC announced on the media yet. They?re slacking.
last 32 (If they win their group) a third place team from groups E,H,I,J,K.Fortunately not us.
Last 16 could be Mexico in the Azteca Mexico City.
Last 8 Brazil in Miami
Semi Final Argentina in Atlanta.
Final France/Spain in New York.
