We’ve dropped at least 4 points (being generous) to Farke not reading the game and reacting before it’s too late, crazy tactics or stupid rules about who plays and who doesn’t.

Jack Harrison was so bad today and I don’t even want to imagine how much money he is on.

Stach looks jaded and tied - PL is hard and yet he starts if available when he clearly needs a break.

Thought longstaff looked far superior all game and yet he gets subbed.

How Dan James hasn’t had more minutes given the alternatives - god knows.

Nmecha had a decent first half but second half was crying out for DCL not least with the number of yellow cards first had.

Dyche made impact subs at the right time and Hutchinson turned out to be a difference maker.

No doubt the 49ers will sack Farke in their sleep and reappoint Warnock or someone of that ilk.

Definitely making a hash of the return to the PL and whilst it was always going to be hard no need to make it harder through self inflicted poor decisions.

Pressure sure rising on Marathe & his gang now.

Quite a few decent quality Coaches out there but PSR risks & further possible Jan window investments may require an asset to be sold.

At Leicester there was the honest assessment that they had been unable to help 'him' refresh the squad as he had wanted cos of financial fair play constraints, but they still expected more, regardless.

It was not just to add more quality to his squad, or more hunger and competition 'tho as competition is a great coach for a player but to actually 'verbally' wanting to bring in fresh ears for Rodgers style of man-management was no longer having a positive impact on some of his squad reading it via the press, mainly due to previously reliable performers playing at a level way below the standards they had set which often is the case in football.
Ditto at Celtic by all accounts & maybe other candidates may well shy away from a possible Leeds job as our recruitment-team do appear to have a different agenda regarding skill-set, age & personality type of a club ethos fit player profile.

DF done well getting us up & I am not desperate to wield the axe as in truth the 49ers did nothing for him in via necessary PL quality recruitment signings wise.
A proven case, imo, as difficult in myself contemplating who our best starting eleven even actually is & then keeping 'em fit & happy for quality match time.
Oh yes, keeping our fan base happy too may be tricky whatever unfolds. 🙂

Hes in cos hes basically an engine-runner whilst others have been out, to be fair,imo.

Managing players injury is a comprehensive process that includes diagnosing the injury, providing immediate & long-term treatment, guiding rehabilitation, then finally carefully overseeing the players return to play to prevent future problems.

Dan James injury has to be carefully 'managed' as is Gnontos, Struijk too & Okafors to a degree too & he still has lots to learn skill-set wise when not on the ball & of course DCL who has inherent issues physically & mentally on record.
My illness is strictly managed, always will be with duff days to contend with of which i understand & try to deal with & only I know how, which is the same for anyone including footballers week in.

Just reading Paul Gascoignes book now out, jeez mental health & past alcohol issues now combined with his recent addiction to Red Bull drinking binges of 30 cans a day of it to combat depression & weight gain. 😞
Yes life is tough for all, but hey-ho it life goes on too but it helps if we can March on Together in good & bad times.🤞

we will wait until we in are beyond the point of redemption and then hand the reigns over to someone after we are too far gone. Not sure we can beat anyone in the prem right now.

For some reason "fragging' comes to mind. Think he's lost the locker room. we just need to try to save, including Harry, the players who will get us out of the championship next year. Burnley did it.... we can do the same.

I hear ya Spaldy, but who does the buck ultimately stop with ?

Its 'owner' delegates the day to day running of the club to a chairman, CEO, or Management team, so all these individuals are still accountable to the owner & can be replaced at the owners discretion.
Directors of clubs structured as companies limited by shares have fiduciary duties & legal obligations to act in the best interest of the company as a whole & are accountable to the regulatory bodies too in doing so.

So many different pages to a books ending involving many ideas being condensed into plans of action for building any plot of merit.
