As it is, Scotlands game against Haiti is in Foxborough MA. so quite clearly in the US! Just a small point (depends on what you consider "small" I guess), relating to the US preoccupation with the cost of a gallon of gas (petrol for us). In the US the average is a few cents over $4.00. In the UK the average is a few cents under $9.50! The rest of Europe is ariund the same.

Trump and his entourage have been the most significant dictators of who can and can't attend, where they can and can't travel to, the extent to which personal information, including medical history and social media contributions is to be made available to the federal authorities (NOT FIFA). FIFA are guilty of allowing price gouging and "demand led" pricing to happen, making this World Cup by far the most expensive ever for fans to attend, but Trumps administration have layered on cost and complexity where it's simply not necessary (or fair).

I didn't determine the timing of the announcement by the Trump administration that they were considering "punishing" those countries who hadn't "been there" to support the illegal US/Israeli strikes against Iran, I just responded to it. I should wait a few days to let things "calm down"?
