Couldn't have had a bigger contrast to Monday.

But I reckon a lot of it was a reaction to the physical and mental intensity of Monday.

Not great, but we may value that point come the end of the season, I guess......

Very lethargic display. Elanga was awful.

An away point in the PL. Not the end of the world.

Awful, but could have been worse.magine if DCL had scored the winner?

Will be a weight off on Monday night one way or another.

Yes, early days but Elanga needs to up his game, all he does is run like the clappers up the wing then nada. Murphy for me, at least he can cross a ball and vary what he does when going inside. Am I harsh on Elanga ?

What in the name of f**k was that?

Not accepting ?we had a hard game on Monday? as an excuse? we might as well right off at least 8 games after CL games, and who knows how many games after cup games (though if they play like that it won?t be many).

                  Just complete dross!!!

Maybe someone can explain why the team was f**ked about with so much, especially when we had so many enforced changes? I just don?t get the rationale as to why Eddie picked that team.

Osula needs to go out on loan, but I?m questioning if he will ever make it at the top level.

Elanga? I just don?t know what to think.

What a sh!t way to sign off before an international break.

Today was always going to be a slog without a settled striker and given the effort shown in the last 2 games.

Awful game to a Leeds side who get stuck in on a rainy night.

I think Elanga has impostor syndrome, he is quick and nothing else, cant cross, cant shoot,

cant keep the ball in play half the time and has Murph looking over at him thinking ffs.

Another game where the Swedish tuppence has cost us points.

Get the break out of the way, hopefully sign Wissa and maybe another player and we are going to be

                    in a title challenge.

Osula is not going to make it here, why prevent the inevitable, ship him out on loan or sell him

                      Positives:
Clean sheet away isn’t to be sniffed at. Newcastle defended well, particularly under pressure late in the match. Nick Pope pulled off a smart, last-ditch save to deny Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s effort.
Player ratings reflect this solidity: Dan Burn and Fabian Schar impressed with composure and crucial blocks; Livramento also stood out defensively while offering attacking spark.
Jacob Ramsey, making his full debut, showed maturity in possession, calm, composed, and instrumental in building attacks early on.
Jacob Murphy came alive at times, forcing a strong save with a powerful shot, demonstrating that he can still contribute when called upon.

Despite missing key attacking players, Newcastle managed to control phases of the game through midfield resilience, anchored by Sandro Tonali and company.

So not all doom and gloom!

Not the most inspiring game for Lord Woltemade to be watching as his first introduction to Newcastle, mind.

I think our season will really kick into gear after the international break and our heads are all clear of the transfer window.

                          Awful game though.

Elanga had the third or second highest amount of assists in the Premier League last season.

So how come he looks like he's never played ball? Very f*ckin' clumsy player.

When the monkeys off our back and Eddie has full control with another signing or so, a bit of training, we will turn this around. Lets keep positive
