For me I just look at Spurs and think Ange has given them their first trophy in a generation.

Yes the league form was abysmal, but would it be that bad next season.

He has delivered them a Trophy and Champions League and should get the opportunity to turn around the league form next season.

What if they had a better league campaign at the expense of their European success?

Would they have preferred 6th and no trophy? Get into Europa League next year?

But still trophyless and no Champions League.

I just honestly do not know? My thoughts right now are, if this was Eddie, I would give him a chance to right the wrongs - he has shown what he can do. I just do not think Ange has shown he would be able to turn things around? that being said, who are Spurs and what are their expectations? They are in and out of the top 4, never real challengers for their league. And had a better season than Arsenal. Give Ange a chance!

I would have accepted that for Newcastle (before we won a trophy that is) not now

I think it's also an attitude thing. No way is Eddie Howe cupping his ear at the fans when his team scored an off-side goal.

I see Frank is now the front runner but it's gona cost Levy ?10 million to get him from Brentford.

Will he stump up. . .

Levy is too tight. He'll bitch at that and put off and put off, until both Brentford and Frank will get fed up.

Aye - That's what I was thinking but from all interviews, Frank seems to want it. . . which is a shame really.

Losing him, Mbeumo and possibly Wissa would really hurt them for next season.

Thinking about this move reminds me of my thoughts when Potter went from Brighton to Chelski.

He had done a great job at Brighton getting them up to the Prem and making them a respectable force.

Chelski like Spuds demand instant success and don't give their managers sufficient time and backing to build a side in their own image.

Both of their owners are money grabbing selfish nerds. Not at all interested in the game of football or indeed their fans.

That's a very good point, Pat.

Same with Nuno at Spurs oe even Moyes at Man U.

How long before he regrets the move.

I feel sorry for Brentford, just like Brighton under Potter. Came a long way in a short time and quickly established them selves in the Premiership.

Clubs, and their owners, like Spurs and Chelsea sicken me.

Not that it is a surprise but Spuds are making moves for Mbeumo now.

Since Manure haven't reached the asking price Spuds are going in and he's interested to link up with Frank again.

Wouldn't surprise me if he'd made it a condition of accepting.

Aye, I was completely wrong about Bummo. Looks like he's seriously thinking of staying in London.

They'll sell Richarlson whoa been awful to claw some of the transfer fee back.

Let's all get ready tonlaugh at the filth once again when they mocked us early crowing about getting Bummo over us.

Really hope he chooses to waste his career with the cowards.

Skillful as he may be, he needs the players around him who play his game, and although he might have the same manager, assuming Spuds buy him, they don't play the same way as Brentford do.

I don't want to appear to be prescient but I doubt he will be the same force there as he was at Brentford. also he was, and treated as their star player but try and count the number of wannabe egos at Spuds, despite their lowly position in the league.

In other words relegated to the Chimpo but for !!!!!!!!!

Well, Mbuemo will not get ?250,000 per week at Spuds.

Is it worth going back in for him if he?s willing to take less!

Was that figure because they know Man Utd will pay those wages? Because they have already played their hand early with Cunha?

I mean, I would want that to be embarrassed to play for Man

I?d play for Newcastle for ?250 a week. Mbuemo might want to meet in the middle somewhere like
