You must have been furious then when ‘Boris’ sent Rees Mogg up to Scotland to lie to Her Maj, and also when ‘Boris’ and his pals were on the piss while she was burying her husband?

I think we all lost. Think empty supermarket shelves and much higher prices.

Again, nearly all of us lost. Unless of course you 'won' a contract to supply dodgy PPE.

We might differ on that one.

For the sake of our nation, we might differ even more on that one!

It was a simple question. But of course I have the advantage as we get a vote next month. You won't.

You are clearly a fan of the monarchy Banjo, so let me ask you two questions:

Are you happy that the queen was escorted by someone who has been accused of abusing under age girls?

I am aware he was accused rather than convicted, but do you think that was down to his vast wealth more than his innocence?

But it was this sort of *******s that caused me to leave. Along with stupid people voting for corrupt Eton Boys and expecting their lives to improve and then Brexit. So my views are valid on the subject.

              • So now Rishi Sunak is pretending to be the injured party:

"Rishi Sunak has said he finds it "very upsetting" that his wife has faced criticism over shares she owns in a tech company operating in Russia. The chancellor compared his feelings to those of film star Will Smith, whose own wife was mocked at the Oscars. But he joked: "At least I didn't get up and slap anybody, which is good." Mr Sunak's wife Akshata Murty owns shares thought to be worth more than £400m in Indian firm Infosys, founded by her father, Narayana".

So Rishi, we want to hit the Russians hard, unless your wife happens to have a massive fortune operating from there. You must be devastated, maybe someone can start a crowdfunder page to help you through this trauma.

Further to this, Rishi Sunak's wife has now decided to pay UK taxes on her overseas income despite her husband claiming she had been "unfairly smeared" for previously avoiding it. I wonder what caused her to change her mind? Was it a moral decision because she realised it didn't sit comfortably with her husband pretending to care about the damage the cost of living crisis is doing to millions of hard working families, or was she shamed into doing it simply because her legal but utterly immoral tax evasion became public?

Is there any real hardship in paying a couple of million in tax on 'earnings' of ten million?

I shall answer both questions in a statement that I believe to be true:

Of course Andrew had xes with that girl - there were even messages sent by her to her friends saying that she went to bed with him. The photo is genuine, that cannot be denied but just think about it, at the time he had xes with her, he was a fairly young single guy (separated or divorced) - he met a very attractive young girl who to be fair looked a lot older than 17 so he probably didn’t give a thought about her being under age so, without any doubt I as far as I believe he did have xes with her.

What he did was no more than most of the men on this board would have done (if they are honest - did they check the girls birth certificate) the biggest mistake he made was following the instructions of the lawyers who advised him “you never even met this girl - deny it at all cost”. Had he have come clean and told the truth (despite his so-called legal advice) and said “yes, I did have xes with her, it never even occurred to me she was under age (only in that US state or perhaps a few others?)

Had he have ignored the stupid advice from his lawyers, he would have been able to use the ‘evidence’ of her friend receiving messages saying ‘I got prince Andrew into bed’. Had this have been the case, most people would just have called him ‘Randy Andy” and that would have been the end of the matter. In the end he had to pay the £9m to make the episode go away as it was taking centre stage over the Queens Jubilee year.

Regards Her Majesty having Andrew as her escort, why shouldn’t she, he was her son, Prince Philip was his dad and she probably knows the truth and also about the bad advice.

Thats my take on it. “Long live the Queen and the Monarchy”

This is just sick ! All I can say is I hope you don't have a daughter who could end up in the hands of an over-entitled, rich, spoilt pedo ring. And then some knob on a message board thinks their behaviour is normal.

                        Hang your head in shame.

I agree with all you say, Banjo's account is pretty sick. He doesn't seem to get the difference between a chance meeting on a night out that may lead to consensual s ex, and knowingly taking advantage of an organised p aedophile ring.

My comment is not ‘sick’ as you put it, it is based on fact. He has not been found guilty of being involved with a p aedophile ring nor was he even accused or taken to court for that - there was no evidence to suggest he was involved with the known Epstien p aedophile ring - the only thing that is a fact is that Andrew was a so-called friend of Epstien, that does not make Andrew a p aedophile.

For the record as my work involves writing law, I base my comments on known facts not tickle tackle or the cries of an angry vigilante mob baying for revenge. Lets just deal with facts! You and frenchie remind me of the Welsh mob who beat up a ‘paediatrician’

Well said Banjo. There are "high and mighty" folk on here who will totally take a sling at any high and mighty. Had any consensual s e x with a 17yr old taken place in the UK it would have been legal, and equally so in many other states in the USA and other parts of the world. Still, probably always best to consult your lawyers before taking such action eh!

As for Virginia Giuffre her story is a sad and probably not untypical of girls who get into the wrong activities at the wrong age and I would hope that those who hope none of us have a daughter who do such things would not have their daughter brought up in an abusive household.

If 16 or 17 depending on where you live is not a good age for consent then it should simply be raised. Personally I think even 18 is on the limit for informed consent but then someone would accuse me of depriving civil liberties.

Well that's one of the many issues in allowing foreigners into the country isn't it? She was already domiciled (look it up if you are unsure as to its meaning) and wealthy before arriving here. Now through no fault of her own she has folk like you breathing down her neck.

Maybe the "British test" should be stricter, like which international cricket team do you support when England are playing?
