Couldn’t agree more Durham. He’s blamed the players, the pitch and even the media.

The recent issues for Luke Williams began when WBA were apparently interested in talking to him and Williams didn't exactly rule it out. Their results have dipped since that point and losing a derby is always going to put any manager under pressure. He needs a win and fast.

He needs to learn to shut that down immediately. WBA might have been interested but now his players know he wants out so why would they give everything on a subconscious level. He'll be gone soonOriginally posted by marky View PostThe recent issues for Luke Williams began when WBA were apparently interested in talking to him and Williams didn't exactly rule it out. Its possible WBA did approach his agent so like most he kept his answer vague ?Originally posted by Chicken Balti Pie View PostHe needs to learn to shut that down immediately. His players would do exactly the same if they had a chance to earn more money and move to a bigger club.
Swansea are owned by hedge funders from America they arent going to splash the cash they are where they should be.

Just went to have a look. Wow.Originally posted by Mapperleypie View PostI don't know if anyone has seen the goals in the Barrow vs Doncaster match last night but the second one is a dreadful piece of football by a player technically still on our books.
Barrow have a kick off and the ball is passed directly backwards to a Barrow player on the edge of the centre circle.
That player then shapes to pass to our erstwhile Captain/Leader/Legend who is on the left edge of the centre circle and points in the other direction to say 'pass to him not me'. He gets the ball anyway and is closed down, but it's not a hospital pass by any means. He has time to play the ball before the challenge comes in. He tries a half hearted swipe back to the keeper but spoons it up in the air and Donny run through and score a second.
And in case you were wondering, yes he did do a lot of performative hand gestures and go mental at someone else ahah.

I'm surprised you didn't mention his pathetic attempt at an aerial challenge for the first goal (which led to the kick off etc...)Originally posted by Mapperleypie View PostI don't know if anyone has seen the goals in the Barrow vs Doncaster match last night but the second one is a dreadful piece of football by a player technically still on our books.
The only thing worse than his defending was his absolutely shocking and consistent blame shifting attitude towards his teammates.

He would have had a decent career if he wasn?t made of tissue paper, good to see he is having a decent season.Originally posted by DaveSmithRules View PostJust noticed how well Cal Roberts is doing this season. 17 goals and 6 assists so far for S****horpe, who sit second in the National League North. He always had a lot of talent and it's nice to see him managing a season without serious injury.
