I really like the guy. Some of his goals (admittedly first half of the season) showed how strong and fast he is. I want him to stay but ?1m is ?1m and we are a selling club

Or funds for the training centre

Firstly no ones buying him for 1m, secondly ?we are a selling club? ? Are we? I?d say no more than anyone else and if we were he?d have gone in Jan.

As for his behaviour he seems to be a model pro who?s enthusiastic about the place so not in a million years are they getting rid on the basis of one red, if I was being harsh I?d say we need to see a lot more aggression (channelled the right way) from him.

But professionals do always have always will.

What surprised me was it was out of character from what we have seen over his Notts career.

The Brothers recent history would suggest otherwise. They have bought several players with their hard earned cash and reinvested cash from players bought and sold for profits, so far. The list would include, Keeper, centre back, several forwards, wingers .midfielder. Why is their any reason to doubt them now?

Of course we're more of a selling club. It's literally central to our strategy to buy undervalued or high-potential players and sell them for more money, like the footballing equivalent of a value investor.

Every L2 club is a selling club. Even the mighty MKD sold players recently. Most clubs at our level would sell a star player if offered the best part of a million. If it seems we sell more it's because our model is working. Wrexham were probably the only club at this level ever not to have to think about selling their stars.

Because its the flavour of the month while they quiety go about sorting things out.

Some cant stand not being in the loop / ITK (not that I am, im just enjoying the weather and letting the professionals do their job).

Understand boards are for speculation but not tin foil hat conspiracies, also the 500k quoted to Doncaster was from quite literally a fake ITK twitter account thats pretty notorious for nonsense.

Are professionals not people? Do they not feel emotions and stress? The referee gets paid to do his job properly yet he didn't...

AJ was voted as one of the six best players in L2 last season by his peers. So was Ditzy. It would be a major concern if we go into 2025-26 without either of them (unless we sign a seriously good/proven replacement):

I wish there was a like button.

Big difference between speculation and tin foil hat conspiracies perpetrated by toxic negativity. Will be a blessing on many levels once it?s announced

Good grief, grow up man. Sorry, not singling you out Warsop but the whinging and whining on here is hilarious. Our owners are fine. They?re doing a great job. Let?s see where we come start of the season.

I wouldn't have thought he was thinking, 'right, I'm going to get myself sent off here. Oh no, hang on a minute, I'm a professional and McGoldrick is out of the next game'.

He's a human being and was frustrated. I'm a professional at what I do for a living and people wind me up most days - every now and then I push back.

Should of taken the January offer if there was one AJ movement off the ball is terrible seen more in a static caravan he doesn’t come to meet the ball, doesn’t run into channels, can’t head a ball can he actually shoot as since he’s been here nobody has ever seen him have a pop anything further than 4 yards out?

Ok you have identified comprehensively what he can?t do , now have a go at what he can do. Other than the obvious that he scores regularly , 1 in 2 in fact but in more detail. What?s he good at?
