Anyway congratulations to Rotherham United and I understand you more than deserved the win so fair play .

I may as well sink a few pints tonight and rescue the weekend .

      All the best .
But how much did she spend on Oxford Street? Are you sure you can afford a few pints at London prices?

After seeing the goal again I am surprised that Nombe was not flagged offside.

He clearly was in an offside position which force the defender to head the ball towards the player that shanked the ball into the goal!

        Hammy out!

Confirming what we already knew NombeÂ’s movement is critical to how we perform. He allows our more talented players to be creative and keeping him will hugely influence the shape of our season. It will be criminal if he is sold in January.

Roll on 2080, and a repeat of this result.
Was at an all day concert in Cutler's Arms, so don't know much except the score. Just know it was worth waiting for. UTM!!

I worked in Judville for 32 years, so this ones personal. There's a bizarre arrogance about the Dingles which belies their actual status. A pufferfish town and club.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed that result.

              Up the Millers

Grumps,Ive lived in Barnsley for over 11 years, and I dont mind the locals,as long as you like cups of "Teeeaaa",Bayens on toast, and make sure you've got your 'Coyt" when going out.
However I draw the line at all year round shorts wearing.

The Mavericks were great, as was everyone. I was trying to keep away from the score when. Pierrot Doll announced we were winning 15 minutes from time. Don't do that to me!!

We are a battling team. Work in progress. I?m not sure any of us will know how it will turn out, not yet. 3 great strikes to win games lately, by different players, which hasn?t been seen since 2022.
It?s not surprising it has taken till now, given the injuries which are likely to continue, and depends on the line up and who we are playing.
Wins have been on fine margins. Hard to beat is a foundation, it wasn?t long ago in games we had no idea who could score when Nombe disappeared. Any foundation needs that. We need more than one goal a game in the armoury.
There is an element of playing as a team now, rather than individuals looking like square pegs.
It was said that the first half was poor, the stats and a woodwork being hit shows that. So, it still is and will be for some time. Work in progress.
But it is starting to be more watchable.

And a word about the cup game. ES3, 4. They are not exactly encouraging people to attend. Unfathomable. Neither is lack of attendance with cheap prices.
