I’m trying to work out what MH is up to. Why play a formation when you don’t have the players for it? Surely, it would make sense to play a formation that we have the players for because he clearly has no idea if we are bringing others in.

I desperately want MH to be the right man but looking at today we are worse than before....yes the blades are decent but we made them look world beaters without them even breaking into a sweat , our players where too slow to catch a cold never mind get the ball and do anything with it , I seriously have to question what the hell that was today...And he comes out and says we need to learn from it , wow really omg he's another SE..I really hope I'm wrong but even in a friendly is reaction should be to ask the platers what the hell that was ...they didn't even look interested , not one player put anything into it ,and omg what was that in the net because if he is our first team choice goalkeeper we are in serious trouble ! Season hasn't even started but with that kind of performance MH should be letting his players that that kind of display will not be tolerated ! I couldn't believe how bad we where ,it wasn't just the score line it was everything about them !!

It's obvious we haven't got wing backs. Next question were are we going to find them then get them up to speed playing there for the start of the season? Won't happen. To get 2 up front I'd favour going 4-3-3 but need a wide player & another forward in place of Hugill for that. At least one more centre back also a priority.

The manner of the defeat with that kind of performance , they where scared to death of putting in a tackle, they literally walked through our defence like there wasn't one...God only knows what the score would have been if they had been trying, it would have been a cricket score...where is their pride for a start ! The blades didn't even break into a sweat...The only thing I can say could have been learned by our players is that you actually have to want to play instead of fobbing it off ,because if they where trying today then things are much worse than we even think is possible, Harrogate must be absolutely awful for us to have beaten them !!

Watched it this mornin , god he looks and sounded well pssssd off already. Yep Blades in a much better place but our lot looked as bad as I?ve ever seen, lost, no enthusiasm, knackered and little skill or ability.

The sad fact is, we have a worse squad than last year, as it stands.We are 10-15 goals worse off due to Wilks and Haks departing.Who is going to supply Nombe and Hughill?The new manager bounce has gone, i think we will be in the bottom 5 most of the season.
