Season ticket collections?

Just got a message from RUFC with Ticketmaster.
Saying down load my digital season ticket.
Paid 3 pounds for 2 physical season tickets already.
Be hopes they have 2 physical season tickets ready for pick up tomorrow Tuesday when I go to pick them up in the morning

Received digital and physical tickets today. Physical by post (as requested and paid for), and digital versions (not expected) followed an hour after the postman. Had my doubts, but fair play, RUFC/RM sorted in time. If you've ordered physical for collection I can't see why they wouldn't be there now.

Physical cards are there Ulley, got ours this afternoon, queued for half an hour but queue was getting worse as we were leaving. It helps if you know what block/section you are in as cards are in separate boxes per section

Never had to mess about like that. Never done auto-nenewal. Just pay for season tickets in full by the deadline to keep the sames seats. Then collect them when they're ready to be at the club shop. Going tomorrow to.

Always done same RU66 paid up front when due.

Already have my physical card and received the letter offering the digital version today. Call me cynical, but if you download the digital version, is there a chance it will void the physical card?! Nothing would surprise me!

I?m cynical as well then Glenn because I thought the same, , Would be good to have the digital as back up , so I will ask at the shop when the queues subside after Saturday

I?m told that it was on the faqs that the club sent out recently , anyone with the physical card does also get the digital one, I?m still not going to try download it till after Sat

I forgot my season ticket at a game last season and had to pay ?3 to have a ticket printed off. Now Ticketmaster is in charge, that service will probably be at least a fiver! So yeah, a digital backup would be great.

As you say, nothing would surprise, but I'd hope the only way the physical card would fail is if someone else used the digital version earlier on the same matchday - I'd be interested to know how hard it is to copy/clone/hack them.

Ulley - the majority of items which are copied/cloned/hacked have a value or offer the perpetrator a benefit of some kind. A Rotherham season ticket might not be as sort after as an iPhone or an Oasis ticket! Then again, at least it's not a pass to enter the crumbling wilderness that once hosted a world cup tie!

Whilst I appreciate the joke, I'd take my season ticket over an iPhone or getting covered in lager/piss at an Oasis gig.

Picked 2 season tickets up this morning,
9 people in front of me in the queue.
I took old season tickets in with me, but bloke serving me gave me a wrong season ticket.
Eventually got correct season tickets.
Called in Angel for a couple of pints, Tim the landlord said I was early not Saturday yet.
I replied, I'm getting some practice in.
