  • Denzel Hall signs in...

A big welcome to Denzel and trust his stay with us is a good one. A 3 year deal subject to EFL and FA ratification and international clearance. Who says Tony isn't spending any money?

Need a natural left sided wing back. Don't know anything about this latest signing so will have to see him in play.

Welcome Denzel, looks a good signing to me, the video posted by the Hudds fan wasn't ideal but lets see what he can do for us

Shaping up nicely now. Hopefully our fans can give the team space to learn and develop a bit, given how we're finally looking at getting a younger squad rather than the 'experience' which hasn't paid off. There will be some mistakes, but the background of a lot of these lads suggests they'll have it in them to be very good players when they're settled. This is not the Evans instant success attempt.

It was a sad story Grist. Having been the one to give him the happy news of him being honoured, she passed away just 2 weeks before Tony received his OBE.

Potentially a very good signing - being from the Feyenoord academy, probably no stranger to playing the ball out of defence and being comfortable deep in midfield.

Pleased to have him with us - average squad age dropping all the time

Hope we're not going to have right sided players at left wing back. Don't like cut inside wide men. Can play centre back a bonus. Rafferty James especially no longer automatic choices in the side?

It?s great to see this sort of signing.

I think a centre half and a left sided player, plus a scorer and we are there. It would be a shame to see hughill spoil this side!

Warne had a penchant for big clean living players who are quite obviously athletes. His old sidekick Hamshaw looks the same.
But Diego Maradona was none of these things. But he had sublime skill with the ball. He loves it and it loved him.
We shall have to see how much skill we have signed.
