Let's see what happened and who scored what yesterday.....

No Shows: Ronners? I'm tipping he'll be back next weekend.

Weekly winner(s): Some very low scores indeed, probably from the poor choice of fixtures we had to choose from, well that's my excuse . Cayton threw down the only real challenge and at one point I thought he'd bagged it again with his score of 9 points. Alas, Millersrus pipped him at the post with a nice round score of 10 points. Take those bonus points away pal you are our weekly winner.

Predict a score: Bit of a shock this one as we all went for a home banker but it finished Carlisle 1 v 1 Eastleigh. No winners so that means it's a whopping triple roll over for next time.

Joker(s) played: x 1 took the plunge. Harry Bow had a go at it and doubled his score up to 10 points from what was a challenging fixture list.

Wooden Spoon(s): Well i've been ducking and diving, slipping and sliding around this for several weeks now and it finally got me with my megre score of 2 points I'm having an awful run of late and I must up my games as I'm slipping further down the League.

I wasn't alone though as Avondale Miller joined me on the same score. A spoon each pal, let's hope they're our last.

More breaking the 100 point barrier: Well done to CAM, YAK and Ackworth Miller.

Cayton's still out there as he rounds his score off to 150 points. Will he still be there come the festive period?
Pipppy is pushing hard in 2nd spot and Nardendee sits in 3rd.....meanwhile I'm looking for a special die to roll for next weekends figures

    The Table:

    (J) Cayton =117+15=132+8=140+1=141+9=150

Now 8 without defeat, 5 wins and 3 draws and yet still from a very very depleted squad. No regular striker(s) up front the entire second half for us, speaks absolute volumes in taking a point today. Well done Matt, his crew and our team for a great backs to the wall performance.

I'm currently on maneuvers, coordinates are 13.0684? N, 59.5675? W fighting off a 31 degree day..... Not my laptop so making quick use of one while it's available hence the early posting of the PL today,

No Shows:No Pocket? Must have been an oversight from him as he's always keen to post.

Weekly winner(s): Wowzer....no one hit double digits with some right upsets from todays results. Three of us though did manage to score 9 points each and in no ascending order they were, Leeds Miller, Glenn Miller and myself so, we each bag 5 extra points. Well done us three.

Predict a score: Got the score correct but to the wrong team, as it finished Leicester 2 v 1 Stoke. There were also three winners claiming this, a triple rollover, so all collected 9 points each. Well done to Glenn Miller again! Harry Bow and Grist.

Joker(s) played: x 2 had a go today and it was the turn of CT Milller and myself.

CT Milller doubled up to a respectful 10 points and I doubled up to 18 points.

Wooden Spoon(s): Glad I was no where near one today having played my Joker. Like I said, it was a low scoring week with plenty of 5's and 4's being scored. Alas there was a lower score than than that so, the spoon this week is collected by Nardendee
who scored 3 points. I know the feeling pal but take it away, it's all yours this weekend.

A few more breaking the 100 point barrier: Well done to Harry Bow and Lol Morgan.

Cayton still holds the top spot but, after a good scoring day from Glenn Miller, Leeds Miller and myself he's well within our crosshairs now, along with a strong chasing pack. Has he peaked too early? As more Jokers are played, the net closes in on him but he still looks down and laughs at CAMiller over their annual duel.

Meanwhile at the bottom end, Grist has suddenly made it look very interesting after his good score today.
                The Table:

                (J) Cayton =132+8=140+1=141+9=150+7=157
                (J) Brin =110+3=113+6=119+2=121+28=149
                (J) GlennMiller =104+14=118+6=124+23=147
                (J) Pipppy =120+9=129+6=135+5=140+5=145
                (J) LeedsMiller =111+8=119+6=125+14=139
                (J) Nardendee =114+15=129+3=132+3=135
                (J) a123 =106+4=110+7=117+5=122+6=128

I can't believe I'm now saying it's now 9 without defeat! Okay the draws have overtaken the wins but all this with a very depleted squad. Long may it continue. The rest from the League next weekend will do the team good apart from those who are playing Tuesday night at Salford.

Let's take a look how it all faired today in the PL.

No Shows:No Pocket again, not like him to miss two in a row....Hols? As for Avondale I know he's on his hols taking in some rays somewhere.

Weekly winner(s): Three of us hit normal double digits. There was Mr Buckaroo and myself on 10 points and me thinking that we had bagged the Weekly win but it wasn't to be. We were pipped by the pipster himself, Pipppy. He laid down 11 points and got himself those extra 5. Well done Sir.

Predict a score: Some close shouts on this one as it finished Man City 3 v 2 Leeds. There were no winners so it's a rollover next time around.

Joker(s) played: x 3 were played by MillersTale 18 points, Grist 12 points and Millersrus who also finished with 12 points overall.
That now leaves only four left to play, HK Miller, Lol Morgan, Ronners and YAK.

Wooden Spoon(s): Two claiming a spoon each this weekend are LeedsMiller and a123 with their score of 4 points each.

Breaking the 100 point barrier: Well done to Grist.

It is very tight at the top now as the pack close in on Cayton. Who will be sitting on the throne come the end of the year?

A big shout out for Grist as he now climbs off the foot of the table having been there nearly all the season.

                      The Table:

                      (J) Cayton =140+1=141+9=150+7=157+8=165
                      (J) Pipppy =129+6=135+5=140+5=145+16=161
                      (J) Brin =113+6=119+2=121+28=149+10=159
                      (J) GlennMiller =118+6=124+23=147+9=156
                      (J) LeedsMiller =119+6=125+14=139+4=143
