It seems we have woman running the coffers in the club.
So what is Paul Douglas's job ?
Get shut of him

Clubs doctor -
Get shut, players we have signed being crocked & he / she has passed them fit enough for the club.
Surely the past injuries & medical evidence should be checked before even having a medical
Has the club doctor failed the club in his / her
Job, when we look at our sick / injury room.

So for starters, times this been said, God knows
Get someone a C. E.O. on the board with football knowledge, in knowing transfer valuations, contracts when buying & selling players.
Get a chief scout in who has contacts, in looking at players, with someone checking the lower leagues, below the EFL leagues to find players who show any capability in making it in professional football, & nurchering them to make it
Have a complete clear out of coaching staff, stop bringing back ex-players / managers.
Bring in a manager who knows the game, bringing in his own staff let them work to bring players in, with the chief scout's findings.
Probably will need the club to be relegated to achieve this.

As TS has shown so little commitment/interest in our predicament of late, I suspect none of this will happen.

Just a hunch, but I believe MH will retain his position even if we drop to L2 - as did Warne when he was still wet behind the gills.

I also suspect the only time the cheque book will be produced is if we were to sell Nombe. Unlikely if he's injured, of course.

I think Tony's had enough and we're gonna have to grin and bear it.
