I understand that he’s limited in what he can say however the stuff around transfers was staggering. We don’t necessarily have a budget it’s just up to TS if he authorises it. That’s incredible that it happens in a football club never mind any other world. A dictatorship and one man says yes or no. I also find it unbelievable that he’s not aware what happened in the discussions around investment etc.
oh and I’m not angry just quoting what was said.

Morning Paul - as I implied, Office Manger level.

Now do you have anything worthwhile to say about the interview and what was said by PD because it would be nice to read your opinion about the thread theme for once.
I?ll fully agree with this. Cam and Clayton really get rattled when anyone makes a critical comment about club or manger. And you?ve got the usual attempt further down from Cam to try and obscure his original comment. Open your eyes gentlemen, last night was a charade at best and if you want to accept it, more fool you.

            Well done on catching up.
Catching up only makes it worse…..you turn a deaf ear if you wish.

Please point me in the direction of a post where I have been rattled by anyone making a critical comment about the club or manager. I honestly don't care what people post about them as long as it's not beyond what is deemed respectful for this site. My original comment to DM was about him opening his thoughts by questioning other posters' credibility.

In the end I think enough of the right questions were asked, not necessarily answered in as much depth as we would have liked.
The possible reason for that is the wrong person is being asked.
But more than enough to appreciate what see happing year in year out and the reasons for it.

There are two ways to succeed. Get lucky for a while or know what you are doing.

Hamshaw Scott got to get this window right summer one apart from Baptist & Gore it's put us in the position we are now. Can they be trusted to?

Well I'm shocked. Those who had a gripe before generally feel annoyed at how it went, those who didn't are relatively satisfied it happened. Almost as though these things seldom provide value.

The club needs leaders on the pitch and in the dugout.
Ronnie Moore found these players and was a charismatic leader himself.
So too was Paul Warner, to a degree.
We don't have either at the moment.
So it's time for a change

Not had the chance to listen to it,so can't comment too much, but basically he's saying MH is safe for the time being, which is the right thing.
However, if come April we haven't improved, then time for a change.
We are desperate for players right now, let's hope he gets the backing needed.

Add Warnock to the above list of people, who can find leaders and is a leader himself

I've read the Paul Davis article but not had chance to listen to the Radio Sheffield interview yet.
Did Paul Douglas say anything at all about how the manager would be backed in the January transfer window?
                            I'll take a wild guess.......🫣

                              Unfortunately but predictably NOT.

Its interesting how you have come to the conclusion that MH being safe for now is the right thing. Ive just checked and we are 3rd from bottom, 4 points from safety and with a very poor goal difference. Coupled with that we are on a disasterous run of form. His demeanour is also negative and he is coming up with no specific plan to address the situation. I'd like to understand what signs you are seeing that justifies him keeping his job.
