I said at the time we beat Gillingham that investment was needed, because behind Warne improving us there was an element of luck in us being able to bounce back up each year... that was never going to be a permanent thing, whereas investment could've allowed us to consolidate as a low end Championship team. Gone now, and we're light years from it, so I'll look forward to Tranmere and Oldham for a bit and hope we can be a top half team.Originally posted by Beaufighter View PostTrouble is, we thought that when we were bottom of the championship too. This coaching team are clearly not up to it.The substitution at half time was bad and other changes were made too late.We were shapeless in the last twenty minutes losing to yet another poor side.Other clubs have replaced their failed managers and improved their positions for losing less matches than MH.Looking at his last two post match interviews he looks a beaten man and is expecting to be sacked. The club once again have behaved appallingly by not announcing a replacement and doing nothing. We should have been preparing to bring in someone ready for the Bradford game.Get an "organiser" in and we will see a different team out on the pitch. All is not lost but TS needs to come out and do the right thing.

Why are they dragging this out and if they are not going to end his reign then issue a statement to that effect. TS leadership is shocking, he has no presence with the fans, he doesn't speak to us he doesn't communicate, everything is left to his lapdogs. We are told the problems behind the scenes are big, no evidence provided other than the teams results.
All MH had to do was a midtable season, win a enough matches and then have his three transfer windows he asked for hopefully most problems sorted and he would have the chance to prove his doubters wrong. We just played two 6 pointers and lost them both, poor selection and tactics at Burton (lost due to the fans and pitch), awful HT decision yesterday (lost due mistakes) no personal accountability and he even said their substitutions weren't the reason, unbelievable.
I am sorry if it seems hard on him but the facts are there for all to see, if they want to. This is a club in crisis at all levels.

This is such a bad league, our next opponents Bradford lost 3-1 to Wimbledon yesterday. If we had a proper manager in, to get the best out of these players, who are not without quality, we would be midtable at worst. It's mindbogling, looking from the outside, what has happened to this club. All this in our centenary year.Originally posted by Derbymiller View PostWhy are they dragging this out and if they are not going to end his reign then issue a statement to that effect. We are short of players two more injuries yet again the players are not assessed until two days later, the advertiser today talks about Jules and yearwood be assessed at roundwood tomorrow? Add to that Jules was left to walk around after he was taken off and not taken into the dressing to start treatment. He was on the pitch at the end of the game, if you read up on muscle and hamstring injuries it states that the first 48 hours are crucial to impact recovery time. No full time physios either what is going on at that clubs.
