Let's face it big mistakes have been made with
Length of contracts, letting players run down their contracts, instead of selling the players, so the club lost a lot of money.
Allowing managers, especially Steve Evans to bring in players for a last pay day, with lengthy contracts, with some being injury prone.
When you look at Barry Fry at Peterborough United, love or hate him, he has brought money into his club, with his football knowledge in his dealings.
The Millers could have done with someone with Fry's ideas, on how to make money on getting players in, then selling for a good profit.
