Brin he hasn't taken 10% of the season tickets though has he? He has priced the tickets because the product on offer is lower quality (if that is possible) and will be showing lower league football. Always depends how you want to spin it. At the moment it is difficult for me personally to spin anything at the club in a positive manner because as each day goes by there is a little more chipped off my hope for an enjoyable season.

So by the same token, in the event that we win promotion next season and season ticket prices go up because we're in L1, I assume you'll be making the point that they haven't actually gone up but have instead been priced according to the product on offer?Originally posted by Derbymiller View PostBrin he hasn't taken 10% of the season tickets though has he? Here he is my personal troll, a person that focuses on people and never the actual point being made. If you look I say it depends on how it is spun, if you were smart enough you would have realised my point is that a particular event or issue can be spun multiple ways. You are just annoyed because i said on another post i don't agree with your interpretation about something, you need to learn that there will be people in this world that don't share your opinions, I know that might be a difficult concept for you to understand but we are not like your mates down the pub, that hang on your every word.Originally posted by Heliosphan78 View PostSo by the same token, in the event that we win promotion next season and season ticket prices go up because we're in L1, I assume you'll be making the point that they haven't actually gone up but have instead been priced according to the product on offer?

Derby, it's an internet forum. Stop taking things so personally. If you don't want to be challenged on something you've said, then you know what to do. And by the way, I would suggest you take your own advice and focus on what's been posted rather than the person.Originally posted by Derbymiller View PostHere he is my personal troll, a person that focuses on people and never the actual point being made. Regarding the Josh Ayres comment, I couldn't care less what you think. But if you believe that Woking 'pinched' him off us then I would suggest that you're more inclined to believe that because of your overall negative view of the club, rather than looking at the most probable reason for his departure.

Derbs, you make a valid point, however, he HAS reduced the price irrespective on your point of view.Originally posted by Derbymiller View PostBrin he hasn't taken 10% of the season tickets though has he? Yes, it will be league 2 football next season so you would expect to pay less, on the other hand he didn't have to reduce any prices if he didn't wish to. This would clearly be counter productive as we all know so he has followed the correct line and rightly so.

Unless he wants to write off all of the investment he has put into the club over the years, he has to care. He only gets his money back through a sales. To maximise the value of a sale he needs the club to have maximum revenues - i.e. playing as high up the league as possible. The club is probably at its lowest valuation since we were last in L2. If he wants the money back, he has got to care!
